The team at Dreams were excellent
The team at Dreams were excellent. From the shop floor, suggesting the best for our budget, and the delivery team, careful and skilled at getting the beds up our difficult stairs. Communication was excellent, constant updates about delivery schedules and times. Constantly in the loop. No problems at all at any stage.

The mattress is wonderful
The mattress is wonderful. Sleeping so well now. Delivery was on time and guys were very helpful.
Waiting for the bed to come into stock and that will make it perfect. They keep me informed.

After a mix up of my old mattress being…
After a mix up of my old mattress being taken away too early (a month)
Because it was faulty! I was left in a bit of a panic. I went to a few well established shops before I got to dreams and the customer service was terrible!
By the time I’d reached dreams my tank was almost empty and my patience.
The gentleman asked me if I needed help I was ok at this point in browsing, when I kept laying on the mattress I liked he bought us pillows to try with and was extremely welcoming.
I decided that was the one for me, and from start to finish of my transaction I was treated with such respect and made to feel so welcome, cup of coffee, had a few laughs, and got an extra 10% off! Bonus!
I couldn’t be happier with the shop layout the staff my whole experience.
Now to wait for my new mattress and enjoy it, thank you guys at the portslade branch Brighton x

In-store customer services excellent
In-store customer services excellent. No pressure to purchase, but happy to give advice and guidance. Delivery arrived on day as planned. Mattress carried upstairs to room, and packaging taken away. Polite happy staff. Would certainly recommend.

Professional, friendly, no hard sell
Lovely staff, who are professional & friendly without the hard sell so we felt comfortable, unrushed and welcome. Lovely to be offered a hot drink too, which fitted with the easygoing unhurried approach. The staff know their products and made sure we were pointed to the right mattress options so we could make an informed choice. Would definitely recommend this store and having dealt with Dreams in Eastbourne and had a similar experience, would add the company to that recommendation.
