Great staff
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I was assisted with every aspect of buying a new bed. Even the installation went smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams in Portslade. Well done to all the team.

Excellent service - smooth and helpful
Benjamin at Dreams in Portslade did an excellent job helping us to choose a right mattress for us. He gave us all information we needed, recommended good options, run the sleeping machine for mattress match for us, even helped to take our baby pram upstairs. We felt we had all the time and information that we needed to choose the mattress. On top of that we got some hot drinks, insurance and free mattress cover.
Delivery was very good too (which is quite rare as our flat is in a tricky location) Jamie and Gerard delivered the mattress first thing in the morning, brought it up to our flat and all the way to the bedroom. They have installed the mattress so we didn’t need to do any lifting. Also they took the shoes off to keep our carpets clean.
Overall, we are very satisfied with the level of care and service from the team at Dreams Portslade. Thank you guys!

We will always be grateful for the efficiency and friendliness of the two-man team responsible for removing our old bed and erecting the new one! As one of us is confined to a wheelchair, the help saved us a lot of worry

Great experience
Great experience. I would highly recommend. The staff were super patient and helpful as we visited on more than one occasion before making a decision. There was no hard selling and the mattress is splendid.
The team inside the showroom were extremely accommodating and polite.

No high pressure sales salespeople. Our salesman remained "distant" until we wanted to talk about a bed.
