Quick delivery and a really lovely mattress

My recently widowed mother-in-law went to the Dreams store in Poole with me. I told one of the sales staff, Andrew, about her bereavement to avoid any awkwardness. He was considerate of her feelings and v helpful and knowledgeable regarding the bed purchase.
Delivery and collection of old bed was just a week later - up, and down, several flights of stairs to a flat. The delivery men were polite, unfazed by the stairs and again knowledgeable about the product. They both wore protective overshoes!
I asked about the recycling of the old bed and one of the chaps told me what each part is used for. He was enthusiastic about Dreams as an employer and its eco credentials.

Great service from Dreams in Poole. The representative understood my needs and matched me with a great bed base and mattress. Even pillows were tested out. Bed is not due for delivery for a month or so, so will send another review then.

Cut off all the extra material of in the drawers. Where clips join the bed together leave the covering looser so that you can push the clips on properly. Also didn’t show on diagram where the feet and castors should go.

Great mattress expensive but it really does the job so sleeping better

From start to finish we’ve been very pleased with our experience with Dreams. Would be more than happy to recommend.

My partner and I used the machine that pick the best mattress for how you sleep and the sales assistant was amazing and took us around to test several , we picked one he recommended and got a bed frame, pillows, mattress protection and all the other insurance too, he was extremely helpful and even so lovely towards our daughter

We went to dreams in Poole and the lady who served us was very helpful. We were shown how to us the mattress machine which tells you which mattress suits your needs. She then walked around the store with us talking us through all the mattresses which would be the best for us. We’re very happy with our purchase and probably would have purchased the wrong type of mattress if we didn’t have the help from the lady who served us.

Very helpful staff .we found out which bed was ideal for us.it was a dreams 1600 gel bed.it was delivered on time .by very helpful guys.this is the best bed and service we have ever had.a pleasure to do business with.without any pressure.thankyou.

A large showroom with lots of beds and mattresses to suit all needs. Plenty of staff to help along with a fancy machine that suggests which mattress might suit you personally. Good service from ordering right through to very helpful and polite young delivery drivers, nothing too much bother. Well done dreams, an excellent all round service.
