I had a really good experience with dreams , love my new bed, it's taking me a little while to get use to as it's really high. The only problem I have is that every time I sit on the bed the mattress moves.

I needed a bed fast due to pending hospital visit. They sorted everything and all was well until the bed was delivered and wouldn’t go up the stairs.
I now needed another bed faster!! The guys at dreams were brilliant, sorted everything out with as little fuss as was possible and the new bed is super comfy.
Would not hesitate to go back to them again. Brilliant

The delivery men were very efficient, they wore shoe covers to ensure they didn't leave any dirt. took everything into the correct room. I didn't opt for installation which was not a problem easy to put together.

We went and bought a coolteck sensational mattress at first I went back to the shop as not sure if this was the right mattress for me as felt harder than the showroom one. After trying different mattresses I decided to stay with the one I had purchased as they gave an exchange guarantee after trying it for 30 days. We have had this mattress a few months now and I am really pleased with it as if I have a bad back after sleeping on this mattress I wake up feeling much better. It is now getting to feel so comfortable and has softened off a bit more. The staff were very helpful all the time and let me decide which mattress I wanted but also helped when I was asking questions. I would recommend this mattress if you want a comfy good night sleep my husband loves it and says he sleeps better.

Worst mattress I’ve ever had and the most expensive, £1500 and within five months it is collapsing on three sides it is in worse condition then the last one we had for 8 years. Call dreams they come round say we misused it by sitting on it occasionally! Didn’t know you can’t sit on a mattress! Wish they told us when we’d bought it!never had a problem with any other mattress we have owned before and used exactly the same! so stuck with a mattress that is super uncomfortable and giving me back pain until I we afford to get a new one, will not be buying it from Dreams
