We were greeted and given personal attention. A few minutes on the measurement bed gave a recommendation for a mattress but I am not sure how that fitted in with our choice. Also ended up with one medium and on firm pillow without realising.

We were put on a test mattress which measures your body mass to tell you which type of mattress is best for you. It only takes 3minutes, but could have stayed on it a lot longer, so comfortable. Tried 3 different ones, but nothing compared to tempura memory foam.Best decision we could have made, although dearer than we expected, but worth every penny. It supports your body without being to soft and has a cooling gel, no rolling together and really comfortable...
We sleep so much better and absolutely love it. Quick delivery as well. Thoroughly recommend!!

Good information provided by the sales team at the store, delivered on date and window agreed and the delivery team were efficient and polite.

The drivers were early delivering the bed which was great. They were very friendly. And very careful when putting it in the room. The bed was for the spare bedroom. But l did try it out and it was very comfortable.

Purchase and delivery fine but I wish I had been told that headboard bolts were not included especially since I watched the bolts on old bed tightened and taken away. I rang Dreams in Poole 4 times - calls went to answerphone, left a message. Nothing.
I bought them on line.
Annoyed.

Excellent service, the mattress is just the business.

Chris at Poole Dreams helped both myself and my husband look around at various Tempur beds. Informed and patient he took time to explain the various benefits of each mattress and I eventually settled on a Tempur Pro Air Smartcool Soft 25cm.
I got home and thought about it and decided to upgrade to the Luxe version. I phoned and spoke to Chris the next day and with the necessary monetary adjustment all was seamless and no bother at all. Thanks to Chris.

Lovely mattress, can now get a good nights sleep
