Very easy to order, the dreams employees will go out of their way to answer your questions and help you out.

The store is spacious and the service was very good and helpful. I'll have surgery soon so have bought a luxurious new bed and mattress to help myself with the post-surgery recovery. The mattress is firm and supportive. I love it!

Service was excellent, St Clair was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable what more could you ask for!? The beds / mattresses seemed great quality and the fact that once it’s been delivered we will have 40 days to sleep on it and return it if not happy is very reassuring. Happy customers!

Visited the oxford branch, and Haroon helped my girlfriend and I find a mattress and bedframe for our new house. We tried the bed matching machine which was fun and Haroon was friendly, informative and very attentive while at the same time not hovering or pressuring us to make a decision, which we really appreciate when shopping in a store. Great service :)

Everything was fine with our Dreams purchase, right until today when the delivery arrived.

Sales experience was good with no pressure. We tried lots of mattresses and eventually settled upon one, quite an expensive super king.

Today, the delivery driver arrived and knew straight away that the mattress wouldn't make it up our stairs as they have a bend in them and the mattress has a frame. Apparently they should have asked us about the staircase when we were in the store. He said they have an approx 40% return rate on these mattresses because many people (most?) don't have a straight staircase up into the bedroom so can't bring them upstairs without damaging the mattress.

I am beyond annoyed at this - we both have bad backs and have been looking forward to this and now we have the hassle of starting all over again. I don't trust Dreams at all now.

Edit: excellent customer services from Liza Evans and a visit to a second store with a very helpful staff member (David at the Leamington Store) has reassured me somewhat. A much more expensive mattress but a discount makes up for a lot. Upping review to 3 stars in recognition of the effort by Dreams to put things right. Let's see what happens when the mattress is delivered and I will revisit this review then.

Excellent customer service , availability of stock and delivery slots

Bed-cellent service from Jeff at the Oxford Store.

After purchasing an online mattress which my wife found uncomfortable we decided to visit a good old fashioned store. Jeff was very helpful from start to finish and we just hope the mattress lives up to the service we received when it arrives.

Excellent customer service… walked in to browse and having been looking around at different retailers before, walked out with the perfect bed frame and mattress !

Great experience at the store, helpful customer service, covid 19 precautions taken seriously, and walked out with a discount I wouldn't have found online. 10/10 experience.

Apart from the lack of any advance warning of exactly when the product would be delivered, we were otherwise very impressed with the professionalism of Dream staff and systems.

Choosing a mattress was a lot easier than we expected with sleepmatch. Staff were very helpful and efficient, and gave us some great bundle deals with our mattress.

Had a great experience in store, and was sold a product and told it would be delivered the week after. I’ve just had an email telling me there is a delay of 3 weeks. After calling customer services they offered me a goodwill gesture of £100 which simply isn’t good enough for the value of the product or the delay I’ve been given. I’ve had to accept as my hands are tied, but feel really let down and duped by dreams as they’ve sold me a product which they don’t have in stock, and only let me know about the delay 2 days before the delivery date. So if you want a new mattress in good time, avoid.

After my trust pilot review I was offered some compensation. Still very unhappy with the delay.

St Clair in the Oxford store was extremely helpful and attentive. He helped us to select products that were right for us, providing us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision, without feeling pressured into making a purchase. Did not feel rushed at any point even though the store was due to close.

The mattress got a hole with a sharp bit of metal pointing out after only 16 months. Customer service said there was nothing they could do since it was out of its 12 month warranty but this is clearly a fault with the mattress. Would not buy from them again. You clearly don't get better quality by spending more money.

After a really bad experience buying an ottoman bed bundle online from Nectar (subsequently returned after much drama) we went to the Botley branch of Dreams. Although very busy (staff were having some sort of meeting behind the scenes) the salesman still on the shop floor took the time to acknowledge us, unlike so many complacent sales folk who often look straight through you. Great salesman without being pushy. Delivery time for our ottoman bed was longer than we’d hoped, but it’s been worth the wait. Communication has been excellent, kept informed on its progress every step of the way. Delivery men truly were the Dream Team (sorry!). Bang on time, polite, knowledgeable, assembled the bed for us, asked us to take down vulnerable wall mirrors before taking the bed upstairs, took all packaging away. What a delight, a company that does actually deliver what they promise. Can’t comment on the longevity of the bed or mattress yet, obviously, but delighted with it. The additional storage space it provides has to be seen to be believed. Highly recommend it, and Dreams.
