We were shown a vast selection of mattresses that would be suitable for us. The advice given was knowledgeable and considerate.

St Clair was a great and helping gentleman. Overall experience was very pleasing.

We needed a new mattress but had no real idea what we were looking for. I looked online and saw a few I would like to try before we buy and all 3 beds were in stock in Oxford, so we went along.
The customer service was excellent. Jeff was very knowledgeable without being too pushy. We were offered to use the Sleep Match machine which scans and monitors your pressure points to recommend some mattresses. The first mattress recommended was the one we ended up buying. The whole process was really very good. We were offered refreshments during our visit and were not made to feel rushed at all. Jeff was attentive and answered all our questions and I must say his customer service was first class.
Would definitely recommend.

From the moment I stepped into the Oxford store to the delivery of my mattress (on time & within the specified delivery window), the service at Dreams has been nothing short of outstanding. Excellent product (super king ottoman divan bed and mattress) and fantastic delivery experience. One of headboard screw hole was slight damage which the fitting guys noticed and arranged for damaged product to replaced. Overall, highly recommend Dreams.

Although there were some good elements to my experience at Dreams ie. prompt attention from staff, and friendly staff. I feel that the Coporate nature of the company lets the customer down. I needed to buy a mattress, and viewed a few in the showroom, then was shown a mattress that was heavily discounted to half of it's price, and was told that it was ex-display. All fine, however, I didn't realise that ex-display items cannot be exchanged. I have since discovered that the papers you sign when you pay for the product have a lot of clauses in them. At no point during the sale was it pointed out to me verbally or highlighted by the Seller that ex-display items are not exchangeable. However, if the company did this maybe they wouldn't sell these items - so duping the consumer. I feel strongly that I was not given the facts of my purchase at the time. The fact that you cannot exchange an item is such a big issue to a consumer. I would like to feed back that If this is a document of consent, very important elements of the document should be drawn to your attention, by the Seller (i Work in an area that deals with consent, and this is usual practice). Unfortunately the mattress is too high for our bed and I am unable to exchange the mattress, so now am wondering what to do. I feel that the Sellers should advise the buyers to read the contract, and that it is a binding contract which has useful/important information within it. This I wasn't expecting when buying a mattress.

Update: Thank you Dreams for attending to the above. I am very happy with the prompt reply to my original concern, and I am happy with the resolution. Much appreciated. I will definitely use Dreams to order the single mattress that I now need. Have felt listened to and am happy with the prompt customer service.

Price was good. Delivery as scheduled. Easy to assemble the divans; bunks a little more complicated, but good instructions. Bed was as comfortable as we wanted.

Well informed, pleasant salesman took me through options, led by my questions & needs. He was not pushy, and did not make me feel uncomfortable when I left with a written quote, but no purchase. I phoned back later, and again received 1st class help, and then decided to purchase a lovely bed (the same as my daughter bought last year) & a mattress,

After doing the bed test in store we bought the recommended bed for ourselves. I would say it's been about 70% right, I still wake up early hours with a sore back, not as bad as it was but still sore and I can't decide if bed is still to hard or to soft for me.

Staff are very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. After much trying of different mattresses we made our minds up and there was no sales pitch or pushy upselling, apart from a good suggestion which we chose to accept. I would not hesitate to recommend the Oxford Botley store to friends.

We were welcomed and treated with respect immediately on entering the store. Joshua served us and was very knowledgeable and we felt comfortable and able to ask any questions. The store manager also introduced himself and supported us and Joshua throughout our purchase.
