I would like to make a complaint about a member of staff called Jeff, working at the Botley road, Oxford store and his shocking behaviour towards myself and my daughter on Saturday 17/05/25 at approx 14:15. Myself, my daughter and 2 year old granddaughter went to Dreams to purchase a new mattress, I lay down on a mattress and my granddaughter climbed up to lay down next to me, before she could do that Jeff shouted, from literally the other side of the showroom, and then shouted again.
Confused I got up to get clarification for his rude hollering. He then shouted about my granddaughter and to get feet off the mattress. Now, I totally get that feet are not acceptable on the mattresses and that they are certainly not for playing on (unlike the family we passed as we came in the store, parents included!
Didn't hear them being shouted at though - clearly Jeff prefers to shout at women!).
I could not believe that he thought it was appropriate to stay where he was idly stood and shout rather than to come over and speak politely if he had an issue with a 2 yr old in brand new shoes standing for seconds as she started to lay down.
Another member of staff did then ask if we would like some help as I was stood up and clearly quite perturbed by Jeff and his behaviour. I replied that I was no longer interested in viewing or trying anything further.....Jeff's reply ......'Good bye then'. I walked over to him to read his name badge and left.
I still cannot quite believe how disgustingly rude he was. Clearly he is not happy in his work and if he was having a bad day that is his issue not one to take out on customers. Obviously we will not be returning.

Great sales assistant, he had lovely manners, very polite, bed came on day chosen, took old bed no problems delivery men very polite happy to help and tell me about how to assembly bed

Helpful store assistants, relatively quick delivery, delivery was well communicated and the guys were great with putting the bed together.

We bought our mattress and bed frame in store. The salesman was super nice and professional. We could book a delivery date during the purchase and were then kept up to date regarding the delivery over the following two weeks. The delivery drivers were both lovely and we have loved the mattress so far, it's very comfortable and well made. The bed frame was also pretty easy to assemble and looks good quality.

Great advice from store manager( Jeff) who was incredibly patient and showed great @ttention to detail to ensure he helped me choose the right bed for me

Great customer service prompt delivery and lovely mattress

The lads were super efficient in assembling our new bed, tidied up after themselves and did an all round good job.

Dreams were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Chad and his colleague were fantastic on the day, especially as our cottage isn't the easier to manoeuvre anything around. They took down bannisters and reinstated them where needed and worked incredibly hard to get the mattress to the third floor. The bed was assembled brilliantly and the we are very satisfied with the aesthetic as well as the comfort of the bed. We would highly recommend.

Started from Sales team in the shop up to the delivery of the mattress to our bedroom experience was perfect! Mattress is every good quality and ticks all the boxes!

Extremely comfy, best night's sleep I have had in a number of years!!
The delivery guys were amazing and super quick in putting it together, I could not have done it.
The staff also were very patient and were excellent as I had to move my delivery date a number of times.

Because from walking into your shop to the delivery of bed every thing went nice and smooth and on time very impressed 👌 👍

They came on time, both friendly took all the bits upstairs given I'm on the third floor
