Delivery men were really excellent they put my new mattress in place and took away the old one including all the polythene etc … my bed is now a lovely peaceful place for a good nights sleep

Staff at Dreams very helpful, both in store and delivery. I am really pleased with the mattress I chose. Im sleeping so well and no more aches and pains when I get up.

I would buy again love it

0 out of 5,Dreams should be called Nightmares purchased a mattress for £1000 and had a chemical pong for 2 weeks then got bitten by bugs in the mattress sent them photos fobbed us off with the usual lame excuses and told us we could go to the furniture ombudsman if we wanted to take it further. Currently sleeping in the spare double bed at my sons house.DO Not Purchase from this company YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

Recently moved into a new property and wanted a good matress without breaking the bank. When I went in store, the customer service was excellent and not over bearing like most sale floors. I tested the sleepmatic which helps determine the right type of matress for you. Knowing that my budget was tight, the sales rep showed me the returns which are practically half the price yet the exact same as the full priced mattresses. They also threw in some pillows, a duvet and a matress topper so that I was fully equipped for my new home. Free delivery and they took it up three flights of stairs for me which would have been a struggle alone.

Over the moon with the matress, it's just so comfortable and I've been going to bed earlier each night just to use it!

It was fine until the delivery. The driver was totally unhelpful and went out of is way to tell us what he couldn't do as soon as he walked in the door. He also turned up outside the official delivery slot.

Amazing comfort with this Tempur mattress. I’ve never experienced anything like it to sleep on! After having a hip replacement and also suffer with my back, the support is here at last. Thank you Dreams.

Salesman and delivery drivers very good. only had a couple of weeks use but already i think i am sleeping better and Sealy mattress much more comfortable

The overall visit in store was great. Attentive, helpful and knowledgeable staff who explained everything we needed to know and answered all of our questions. Then let us browse in our own time.
We chose a beautiful divan, headboard and mattress which didn't let us down once delivered :).
Would have been helpful if the delivery date hadn't been as long as it was, but it was definitely worth the wait!

Went to my local shop at Oldbury.
Spoke to a man called Andy,He was polite, and very helpful. I needed a specific kind of mattress, as I was purchasing for my sister who is housebound.He let me take my time,and then arranged a delivery date, that was convenient to me.
The delivery guys were marvellous, they brought the mattress as arranged and could not have been more polite,and efficient. Thank you.

There are pulls in the mattress

Very helpful sales assistant not pushy just very informative. Purchase was made at a very stressful time and she was most emphatic it was appreciated

Mary in store was a fountain of knowledge on all of the products that we purchased and all of the products in store. She was, kind, thoughtful, concise, patient, informative, thoughtful, professional and friendly throughout our visit and she filled us with confidence and supported us through every step of the process of choosing absolutely the correct products for us.
The technology available to measure and calculate the ideal mattress is revolutionary and provides more information than I could ever imagine.
Mary used that information and our personal preferences to direct us expertly to the most perfect combination of bedding products and we left feeling more than satisfied that we had invested wisely.
The time spent in store was completely pleasurable from beginning to end and I'm thankful we went into the Oldbury store and didn't buy hopefully online with any other retailers. I'd recommend Oldbury Dreams to anyone unreservedly, based on our completely wonderful, positive experience there.
