The mattress is really a dream, very firm and comfortable. I love, love it

From walking into Dreams (Oldbury branch) we were greeted by Nicky who was very helpful also helped by Andy ordered mattress of our choice delivered by two weeks later by two lovely lads.whole experience was excellent it’s our second mattress from Dreams would recommend to anyone. Thank you all 🛌🥰

Good quality Excellent service

Helpful staff, but not "in my face" whilst looking for new mattress. Staff member able to answer my questions without bamboozling me with scientific facts. Easy transaction. Mattress delivered as per arranged date & time. Only niggle is that they charge £30 to take it up to first floor bedroom! Got son over to do it for nowt 😉.

Using a specialist Bed supplier with their well trained staff makes the process of selecting a new Bed and Mattress so much easier .

I purchased three beds (two double-size and one king-size) along with two mattresses from Dreams Oldbury on November 12, 2024, totaling over £3,000. I specifically paid for the “Room of Your Choice” delivery service to ensure the items would be delivered to the desired rooms.
However, the initial delivery experience on December 23 was extremely disappointing. The delivery team refused to carry the items upstairs, claiming my house was under construction. In reality, only the kitchen was under renovation, and the staircase and upstairs areas were completely accessible. As a result, all the items were left piled up in the living room and hallway. I had to spend additional money hiring help to move the items myself.
Additionally, instead of delivering two double-size and one king-size bed, they mistakenly delivered three double-size beds. I contacted customer service the same day, and they assured me they would deliver the correct king-size bed and offer free assembly as compensation. The second delivery on January 8, 2025, was handled by a much more professional team. They moved the bed to the correct room, assembled it, and cleared all packaging — a stark contrast to the first experience.
I lodged a formal complaint with Dreams Oldbury on December 26 and was initially told the delivery department would investigate. Unfortunately, I received no follow-up until January 24, 2025, when a representative from the Dreams Escalations team, Kishan, reached out to apologize and address the situation.
I appreciate the efforts made to resolve the issue and Kishan’s communication, which significantly improved my overall experience. However, I hope Dreams ensures that such service issues are avoided in the future to maintain its reputation.

Delivery men were really excellent they put my new mattress in place and took away the old one including all the polythene etc … my bed is now a lovely peaceful place for a good nights sleep
