Ordered my bed with ease and got all the details I wanted to purchase the right bed.

Brilliant staff all has good knowledge on the different mattresses. We went in towards the end of the day, we were not rushed. Well done the Oldbury team 😊

Great service given from Usha at the Oldbury store, used their mattress technology to see what mattress is best for us, was shown around all the suggested mattresses off our results and found the one we liked the most, Usha was very kind, polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I was so pleased I decided to use Dreams for my new mattress - from walking in the door to delivery, an excellent service all round.
To go into somewhere where Staff are extremely knowledgeable, but particularly helpful & pleasant! I actually thanked the staff for a particularly pleasant experience, to be able to speak to someone face to face & sort everything out in one go from my experience worth its weight in gold!

Very professional , they had to squeeze between car to deliver bed but not once did they moan, not only that, they had to make several trips into house and each time they cover or took off their shoes . Put the completed bed in the right place and all paper and plastic took away, very polite men. Very pleased , would 100% recommend them

The shop staff were very helpful but I have to say the delivery team were exceptional from the initial email to the two man team who delivered on the day.

I ordered my mattress in store and I paid an additional charge for it to be delivered on a Saturday, as well as an extra charge for it to be be delivered to the room of my choice (over £40 combined). I was shown the mattress I wanted in store and was told by the sales person that this would be the actual mattress they would deliver to me - as I have a small car I couldn’t fit it in my boot hence organising delivery.
When the mattress arrived, the packaging was removed and there was a very obvious burn mark on the mattress as well as 2 very obvious additional black marks on it.
The delivery driver told me he would log it but to use the mattress as normal and a replacement will be sent - it’s safe to say I didn’t use it as I did not want to sleep on a mattress that had a burn mark, with an accompanying burnt smell. I myself called Dreams on the day this happened to ensure this situation was in fact logged and I would receive a replacement mattress. The person I spoke to confirmed it was logged and I didn’t need to do anything from my end and that someone would contact me within the next few days to organise the replacement delivery.
Cut to 3 weeks later, after NOBODY contacted me, I had to contact Dreams myself via chat (as I had lost my voice), wait for someone to reply, which took ages, only for them to tell me that they had just ordered a replacement for me there and then. This was really annoying as I had expected this to be done already - I honestly didn’t expect Dreams to wait for ME to reach out to reorder the replacement mattress after it had arrived damaged from THEM!
I was not even offered a refund for the Saturday delivery I paid for, or for the room of choice charge I paid for - both of which could have been the least I was offered, instead, all I was offered was a generic “sorry this happened”! I now have to wait around for 2 hours next Saturday and hope that this new replacement mattress isn’t damaged, as I do not want to be chasing this company again, for goods I have already paid over £370 for! This whole situation has been a waste of my time, having already waited around on a Saturday for the first delivery, now I have to repeat the same thing this coming Saturday, not to mention the time I spent waiting for a reply on their live chat - oh and then there’s the 3 weeks of no contact from Dreams!
If I had researched properly, I may have saved myself the hassle and gone elsewhere for my new mattress - definitely a lesson learned for the future!

Great experience by your salesperson would definitely shop there again.
