The mattress cipled me and I sent my son down to the local store to purchase a topper to make it more comfortable. He was given what the sales person said was a good option. I tried it and it turned out to be totally inadequate. I bought another topper from a different source and that has resolved the issue. So no thanks to your incompetent I am now left with a usless top that is most definitely not fit for purpose.

Llanelli Dreams-Team are Amazing!
Having been thoroughly disappointed with the non-service we received at Carmarthen Dreams (where despite an empty store we were obviously spoiling the salesman's morning) we drove to Llanelli where we had enjoyed good service before. Yet again it proved to be a very worthwhile drive. Benjamin who helped up was amazingly helpful. When we had bought a mattress, the other staff helped roll it up and even carried it out to our car. It was like being served by a very happy family. The next time we require anything in the bedding line we'll go straight to Dreams Llanelli.
It's only a shame I can't give the team 10 stars!

Good attention and help on choosing our mattress on the day of purchase. Short turn around on the delivery date. Was kept upto date on the delivery details and on the delivery day. The lads doing the delivery were very courteous and helpful. Very please with the service provided. Thank you all at Dreams.

The mattress is very comfy
The mattress is very comfy . But the finish was bad . Stitching in 3 place on the top .The Sewing Machine all gathered up long threads . Finally inspection before delivery must have been missed . But I love the mattress other than the bad Stitching.
