Great quality.
This was for a lady who was mostly confined to her bed. The new bed arrived. The delivery was efficient, and the delivery guys were curtious and careful. They removed the old bed and installed the new. They took away all packaging and everything was left tidy. Good quality bed. The recipient was really happy with it.

Dreams mattress
We brought a mattress from Dreams after being tested on the mattress match. It's perfect, not to firm or soft. Scott was amazing, he showed and told us everything that we needed to know. I don't wake up aching all over now and the pillows we brought are fantastic.

We received excellent service in Dreams Llanelli where the staff were kind and efficient, listening to and answering our questions and giving us what we considered a very good deal. We would recommend anyone looking to replace an old mattress to check Dreams out.

NO Q.A. checks on the base.
Spent a LOT of money on a bed. When it arrived we checked it over only to find on one of the draws on the base the material had not been stapled in place. Also another drawer had a "chip" out of it. Dreams send a message after about a Month asking how your experience was with a "Link" if you are not satisfied. An advisor will then get in touch within 48 hours. The so called "link" does not work so a waste of time. CLEARLY the base never went through ANY kind of Q.A. checks otherwise these faults would have been picked up. Poor show for such a well established business. Following on from my review, I had a follow up with a very helpful colleague from Dreams. They offered a replacement base or a refund. I opted for the refund as I did not want the bother of replacing the base. Refund was paid very quickly, Very good customer service. Thanks for your help.

Holiday day out
The store was well stocked and well laid out which allowed us to view and test numerous mattresses with Marks expert knowledge and advice. We were able to choose a mattress which was within our price range and hopefully one that will give us many nights of comfortable sleep. ( time will tell as we have only had 9 nights to date)

Best purchase experience ever
From the moment we entered the store the service was impeccable. We were offered sleep match once greeted at the store. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. We selected our bed with ease and sat down with a lovely mocha while we processed the purchase. Thank you Dreams

Amazing Service Llanelli Dreams
Sam in the Llanelli Dreams Branch was amazing. Easy going and friendly while being professional and thorough about products and services. Explained differences between mattresses and how the extra layers would help with my mothers easy of staying in bed and getting in and out plus extra comfort. Would 100% go back buy there again Thank you
