The service was excellent from start to finish. No pushy annoying sales persons , but they were very happy to help when it was needed .
The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful.
The delivery was also excellent, we were informed the day and approximate time and kept updated throughout the week and day of delivery.
The product was excellent quality and great value.
Would definitely recommend and buy from here again

Very helpful knowledgeable staff
Excellent service instore from Karvan, I ordered a mattress to be delivered on 7 Jan, then a few days later changed the date to 9th Jan, no hassle, and on delivery day, the driver phoned me to say when he would arrive with my mattress, and kept me informed which is important

Friendly professional staff
Had a bed delivered and built. Had updates pre delivery, so I knew the day to expect, and then had a 2 hour slot. A phone call in the morning meant that was narrowed down again. When the two guys arrived they checked where the bed was going, helped me move a few things that may have been knocked on its way. They built the bed with hardly any noise and without disturbing me. Really polite and friendly. Can't fault the service to be honest.

Dreams Matress
We were welcomed into the store straight away. My preferences were asked and considered as the worker Ben went off and came back with suggestions on what he thought would be a potential match for us based on what I said. Very friendly and talkative. No question was any trouble to ask, big or small!

The service was excellent, friendly, polite and easy to talk with. We were offered hot or cold drinks and even helped to make a call when we had trouble with our payment method. I would highly recommend this store.
