All was ok until we paid the deposit and signed the contract for a bed and mattress. But they seemed to not care after the mattress protector was not delivered to us . We were promised a call from the store manager but he didn't bother. I kept calling them and we were fobbed off and asked to pick it up from the local store instead of an apology and prompt re-delivery to my address. Regret giving them business now!!!

We had a very good experience in store. The manager Michael was very knowledgeable and very helpful
We purchased a superb bed that so far so good has done the job. Sleep is enormously improved.
I would highly recommend the Lakeside store.

Me and my wife, went to get bed for our disabled son, we was greeted by a lovely young lady called Sophie, she was absolutely fantastic, couldn't do enough
for us and she made us feel so relaxed, Sophie is extremely knowledgeable and so helpful and we now know exactly what mattresses we need to, she does make a lovely cuppa too we will be back to see her soon.

Great salesperson, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Really good product at a very competitive price. Delivery team were extremely considerate, took their shoes off without asking and were careful manoeuvring the goods to the room where it was to go.

We had problems with delivery date but the kind staff sorted it out and nothing was a problem for them x

From start to finish, the process has been great!
Bed was delivered, but slight problem with damaged foot board and incorrect TV - within a week all was replaced (including free upgrade on the TV for the inconvenience).

every thing from choseing bed the excelent staff service itemised services requested the time for delievery and on day of delievery phoned nd given time of arrival..the delievery guys were curtious.. removed old bad/mattress..and had the new bed fitted and complete within 20/25 minutes and removed all waste. perfect service bed great..woul recommend DREAMS
