I recommend Dreams for beds and…
I recommend Dreams for beds and mattresses I had my other mattress for 9 years and they took my old one away for me when they delivered my new one the service was 100% amazing, Thera Pur is the brand I recommend so comfortable to lay on. The staff in the shop were so helpful and the delivery drivers I had were friendly and gave me spectacular customer service aswell.

Everything from start to finish was exceptional! Sophie in store & Andrew/Karl, the gents who kindly installed my bed & explained how it worked! All highly professional, friendly, and fully informed, able to explain everything about the bed and its functions!! The Tempur mattress is amazing! Wish I had bought it years ago! Comfortable, providing me with a fab night's sleep/rest. One of my best friends now wants to purchase one!

A very straightforward and pleasant experience. I bought a sofa bed and a separate mattress, was offered that my old sofa bed and mattress to be taken away, which was an absolute plus for me. Very personable staff, throughout our visit, and Dreams will certainly be my go to store in the future

My sister and I were served by Sophie and she made our experience easy, funny and very comprehensive. Between us we bought a bed settee, a bed and two mattresses. She did her utmost to give us the best deal she could and in comparison to other retailers we succeeded in obtaining excellent deals and quality goods. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else for beds, mattresses and furniture.

Staff and delivery were excellent
Staff were great. Really knowledgeable and helped me get the right mattress for my needs - even though I went into the store multiple times to decide! Delivery service was excellent - really punctual, lovely friendly chaps, who made sure the mattress was on the bed and took everything away with a smile on their faces. And I also love my new mattress too! Couldn't ask for better!

Had an amazing experience buying 2 bed…
Had an amazing experience buying 2 bed frames and bedside tables.
Staff very welcoming and friendly.
Had a new member of staff serve us and done brilliantly, and was well supported by her manager. Even though she was new she was very polite and helped us find the right items needed.
Manager of store was also very helpful and showed great leadership to his team.
They helped us choose the right mattress and pillows.
Very happy with the products and will buy from them again.

So far so good
So far so good, needs time for mattress to settle in, one in shop felt a lot softer, and more springy so hoping after time mine will feel the same
Otherwise no complaints bed stead is sturdy and mattress is still comfortable and I’m sleeping well which is the main thing, I just like sinking into my mattress

A little over a year ago
A little over a year ago, we bought the ottoman bedframe with Therapur ActiGel Polar 2800k mattress 5.1 and Tempur original SmartCool neck pillows. Despite the expensive and with the guidance from the sales rep at Dreams, we made this purchase based on the anticipated longer term benefit. The mattress was purchased with specific adjustments for our body type and sleep positions in order to reduce back pain etc. However, we are getting constant back pains now and the mattress is loosing its shape. This means we may soon need to buy a new bed. Definitely will not recommend!
