The Salesman was efficient. The delivery arrived in the designated time slot, and the delivery crew were quick and efficient!

Sophie from dreams was very helpful in helping me get the right bed. She gave great communication after the sale through emails. I was kept up to date with delivery dates and time confirmations and the delivery team were very professional

After a despondent day with sales people it was refreshing to meet Josh knowledgeable and or condescending

The sales lady Preeti at the Lakeside store was fantastic when we purchased our mattress. She took time to answer all our questions and provided excellent service.

The delivery gentlemen were friendly and delivered the mattress within the specified time. The second delivery gentleman was absolutely lovely. He even offered to take the plastic off at the end and take the rubbish with him. This was very thoughtful and considerate of him. I would like him to be recognised for this. Thank you

we were always having sleepless night before we bought Dream mattress. We are happy we bought Dream mattress, we slept like baby in our new mattress. The customer service is supper star. Sleeping on dream mattress is still like a Dream.

I entered the store having already failed to find anything suitable at 3 previous stores. I was asked to try their bed machine for best choice. This was a good positive experience which led to the correct mattress for me. The time I spent in-store plus the professionalism of the guys who delivered the bed was top notch.

Very helpful bed advice, given lots of opportunities to try mattresses and beds in store before committing to a purchase. The staff also stuck to their price after an item was discontinued.

Good quality bed, fantastic customer service

Went into store for our son to try out the mattresses and based on the advice given from the tech machine, which confirmed the type he needed, he chose one. We went home to order as wanted to check online for prices. From ordering to delivery, it was around a week or so. No issues with being kept updated and the driver couldn't believe that he only had to hand them (we order our daughter a new one too) to my husband upon delivery (as it was easier for us due to her room not being ready for it). In store, we were offered advice (mattress machine was tried at another store) and left to browse without any pushiness.

The double bed seems to be cheaply made. I was expecting a solid bottom and it's just lining. The single bed had a scratch in the headboard.

I was contacted by dream to rectify this. Stephen assisted me and was extremely helpful. I have changed my rating, as they were very quick to assist me

Staff were knowledgeable and helpful.

Really happy with our new bed and mattress, waking up without the back pain is well earned plus.

When we went into the shop, an assistant greeted us and then left us to browse.( which is always good as it's horrible knowing that assistants are following you around, waiting to get a sale. The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Enjoyed our experience at Dreams and would shop there again.
