Website was easy to manoeuvre and found a bed I liked that I’d seen in store prior to buying was given a date and time as to when they would be coming to deliver my bed and they came in great time and set up my bed to perfect standard bed is very comfortable would order from them again 10/10

Great Communication & Really Helpful
Communication was good, delivery was on the day it said it would be, and time slot was slightly earlier than expected which was good for us. Chap who brought the boxes into the bedroom of our choice was very pleasant and seemed to have great knowledge as he advised us which parts to assemble first as we were doing this ourselves. Chap in showroom was also pleasant when we chose our bed.

Memory Foam lots great choice and prices
We wanted a memory foam mattress to replace our existing one, when we walked in, I was pleasantly surprised by the options for what we wanted and liked the choices available. The sales representative was informative and helpful without being pushy. We felt we had time to think about our options and came away happy with our decision.

MAKE IT VERY CLEAR
Was greeted with a smile and offered beverages. Be careful when purchasing products always check the price displayed is the price for that item. I thought I was purchasing an item at a price however when processing the order it was £300 more than the displayed price and the store just dismissed my objection.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff in store but weren’t at all pushy. Listened carefully to our budget and we’re realistic and supportive with suggestions. Amazingly quick and free delivery within the 2 hour window by another very friendly member of staff.
