Great bed and mattress!!! Excellent service from beginning to end. Kayley from the Huddersfield store was very helpful and knowledgeable and there was no pressure to buy. We came back a week later to buy our bed and the order process was very quick and smooth. The delivery was on time and the delivery team were helpful and knowledgeable too.

Their service was amazing , their product recommendations was centred around my sleeping position and body type . The product was even way better that their service .

Had my mattress a couple of weeks now, when it arrived I noticed it was very light, my old mattress was so heavy, I must admit I thought the new mattress wouldn’t be very good, but after two weeks sleeping on it , it is very good no aches and pains yet so that must be a good sign, overall I’m very happy with it so far, service from the staff was first class and I would certainly recommend Dreams for anyone looking for a new bed or mattress

The sales assistant in the Huddersfield store showed me a range of mattresses which suited my needs and helped me to select the right one.
My purchase was delivered on time and is so very comfortable. I now sleep better than I have have for years and wake refreshed.

We were allowed to lie down on the mattress and upon delivery we were reminded that we had 100 days to be absolutely sure we have purchased the right mattress.

The staff were so helpful I must have tried every bed in The store I went back a second time and I got the same service They are a credit to the company.

Everything that we saw and eventually bought we thought good quality and good design. The staff went out of there way to show us all there products and then left us alone for a short time to think things over. Eventually we bought a bed and had it delivered by two people from Halifax I believe, and they were the best, just like the staff in Huddersfield, they couldn’t have been better. I am 85 and have just lost my husband. They actually put the bed up for me. How good was that. Gives you faith that some people don’t mind helping others when they need it.

Everything about my delivery of my mattress was fine.
My bed is superb, and so comfy.

Hubby and I have never slept so well! The mattress is that comfortable, hubby’s snoring no longer wakes me up!

The only downside is having to get out of bed when our alarm goes off…honestly it’s the best mattress we have ever had!

From the staff in the shop to the delivery people - just a great experience

Loved the in store service and the delivery guys were lovely. The mattress we purchased is perfect.
The only negative was the colleague who called to complete the purchase was rude and unfriendly. Hopefully we won’t come across her again.

Website was easy to manoeuvre and found a bed I liked that I’d seen in store prior to buying was given a date and time as to when they would be coming to deliver my bed and they came in great time and set up my bed to perfect standard bed is very comfortable would order from them again 10/10
