Not only was the salesman extremely knowledgeable and helpful he was courteous and friendly and able to answer all my questions and concerns. The men who delivered the bed were amazing ! They were friendly professional and went the extra mile in teaching the tricks of how to open and close my storage bed which I had been struggling with. Excellent service all round. Many thanks guys !

Living the dream
I forget the assistants name (a male with a ginger mop), but he was attentive without being overbearing. He showed me bed that determined the correct firmness of mattress and then showed me the mattresses that corresponded with the results.
The mattress was delivered sooner than expected and it exceeds my expectations.

Good deal as bought if the internet in the sale. However, this was after visiting the Huddersfield store where we were well looked after and shown around.

Harris was great.
Harris was great and very helpful. We purchased a mattress over their competitor, Benson for Beds next door, because we he was so willing to help.
I was very happy with the purchase. It should be noted I wouldn't have normally done a trust pilot review, but Dreams sent me a £500 survey via email and they highlighted that if I added a review they would double my entry into the draw.

Ordered my bed came within two weeks. The 2 young men were called lstashom and lsear who was assembled my bed? There was no problems. There were very, very polite excellent service. Happy customer. Thank you.

Very disappointed with our mattress
Very disappointed with our mattress. Bought less than 3 years ago hybrid memory foam mattress. It is now ‘n’ shaped with a hump in the middle. Totally uncomfortable now and hurts my back as sleeping on a slope. Had to buy a slumberland mattress from bensons costing £1350 but it has an 8 year warranty unlike dreams with a 1 year warranty. Very upset that something that should last a long time didn’t. And it smelled horrendous for two weeks as well because of the fire retardant chemicals it was sprayed with, so bad in fact we had it replaced but the second one was just as bad as the first!!
