Prompt delivery , polite delivery people.Good service in store

I took my 80 year old Dad to buy a bed. He wanted to down-size from a king size bed to a single bed. Apart from that he didn’t have a clue what he was looking for.
That’s until we entered your store on Gillingham Business Park in Kent and met your sales assistant Emma.
She listened to Dad’s needs, she was very knowledgeable and offered great advice.
She made us comfortable with a coffee each and gave us her undivided attention with a smile.
Dad ended up going for a small double bed and was over the moon with his whole experience.

Delivery was excellent.
I was called just before arrival in the proposed time-slot and the two very polite and positive delivery men were courteous of the property and carpets.
The mattress was removed swiftly and its replacement too, despite the four levels in the house.
I was given all advice needed and product information.
It was a very positive experience.

Dreams staff member made my experience of finding a mattress suitable not as complicated as it seemed, as there are so many to choose from, there was no pressure or hard sell, just help, guidance & patience, a no stress experience, very happy customer.

Brought a mattress off dreams the TheraPur ActiGel® Polar 1000 Combination Mattress. Had it for 5 years nearly and it's sagging on all sides massively uncomfortable dipping and has reached the end of its life. It gives me extreme back ache. The mattress had a 10 year guarantee that frankly isn't worth the paper it's written on. They came out and inspected the mattress and dispute clearly seeing it's dipping and rolling out at the sides we have been told there is nothing they can do as it has marks on it. It's a 5 year old mattress that has been slept on everyday with a mattress protector. Absolutely useless. Will never ever use dreams again and will advise everybody to not touch them or at least accept that the 10 year guarantee is nothing short of a con

Great friendly staff as always this is second Tempur mattress we had from them , last one did 10 years so let’s hope this one does the same keep up the good work dreams

Buy without feeling pressured.
Only went to look came away having bought two mattresses. It was a good experience having gone into store found the mattress we wanted to try after it was also matched to us following a quick lie down on the best for you matress machine! Friendly greeting from knowledgeable salesperson who clarified the different types of mattress and left us plenty of time to decide what we would like. It was great that we were able to arrange delivery and removal of mattresses at the same time. Job done!

I called Dreams telling them exactly the sort of mattress I wanted, the chap found one that suited and was also on offer and it was delivered 4 weeks later by a polite couple of lads who brought it upstairs, put it in its place, and took all the packaging with them. No fuss, no hassle

Although the delivery was slightly later due to traffic problems, they kindly carried the box containing a bedside table up to my bedroom, which was a great help.

The bed was delivered at the time stated.
The delivery team were good and polite.
Bed well assembled.

I really enjoyed my visit to dreams. The thing you lie on to find the right mattress was fun and even though my husband got the wrong size mattress (he got a king size and ours is a double) so it feels like a bunk bed it's so comfy and i get a very good sleep. The man in the shop was very nice and helpful.

From the moment my daughter got me to the Gillingham Branch ..just had my 90th birthday...I was shown around with no 'rush' which was a change from previous visits to other outlets. Result I got what I was looking for...and so far so good. I'm happy!
