Very well received at your Gillingham store, given time to look at the beds and mattresses, friendly sales person, who went through the process of finding the best mattress for me, delivery personnel were very friendly and helpful, installed my new bed where needed and took my old bed away, well happy and having a good night's sleep.

The sales assistant Ian in the Gillingham store was brilliant. He helped us when we needed to change the delivery date and address on one of our beds. Also got us some discount on both beds!
The delivery guys for both beds were very efficient, professional and helpful.

The sleepmatch machine was a great way to start my search for a mattress as it analysed what mattress would suit my body best. Howard provided excellent customer service with his friendly manner and great knowledge. I would highly recommend Dreams.

We dealt with Emma at Gillingham dreams and she was a dream. Emma approached us and offered assistance. We spent a total of 4 hours with Emma and tried the sleep match mattress, had all the different mattresses explained to us and even given the option of different pillows to test whilst testing the mattresses. Emma also showed us around all the available bed frames and helped us make a decision with met all of our needs and wants. We were very indecisive and Emma remained patient and didn’t make me feel like I was being a pain. All of this whilst having a laugh and being offered multiple drinks.

At payment Emma also helped us to pick the best pillows and duvets for us and spoke us through all the add ons such as the guarantee options and recycling service.

Emma was very outgoing and patient. We wouldn’t have been able to make a decision right for us without Emma’s assistance and may not have even purchased due to lack of knowledge regarding mattresses correct for us and the different kind of pillows available.

Emma is an asset!

My new bed is all I hoped for and a bit more. It's supportive, comfortable and just the right size, small double.
