Great customer service and quality very good l’ll never shop anywhere else for my bed for comfort 👍

The dreams colleague was very knowledgeable of the products on offer.
Didn't rush us into making a choice and even managed to keep a lovely 4 year old entertained

Both the shop and delivery was as painless as possible. Everyone was polite and efficient

Delivered in the time slot, assembled by the delivery men all packaging taken away two beds assembled within an hour great service would recommend,

My Partner and I went to Dreams Erdington , Birmingham today , looking to purchase a bed . As soon as we arrived , we were warmly welcomed by the staff there , and it was a very lovely young lady named Clair , who was the one who showed us around .
Right away we were offered a coffee or tea , which was very much appreciated , on such a cold day and it was the Gentleman there that made the drinks for us , whilst Clair attended to us . In no way were we pressured to purchase anything .
Clair could not have been any more helpful , she carefully listened to our requirements , and welcomed any questions we might have .
We were assessed for our needs by a brilliant bit of technology , which I think was called a sleep machine . This helped diagnose our requirements as for a mattress , whether we needed to get a soft,medium or a firm mattress . With this done , Clair then took us around each type , and as we tried them , she told us to take our time , to make absolutely sure that we were comfortable in every way .
We then with Clair's help , chose a Bed Base and Headboard , which once again we were given plenty of time to make sure we had chosen the ones , we really wanted , and again , no pressure at all .
We would thoroughly reccommend , this branch , to anyone . Absolutely 5 star service , and everyone we met was so friendly and helpful , making our visit , a real pleasure .

Absolute joke, ordered storage bed told the lady about my stairs situation not a problem the bed you have chosen comes in two parts so don't worry, obviously all she wanted was a sale she said I will throw in the assembly has good will gesture. Delivery men turn up only to tell me can't fit up the stairs I'm like I explained this to woman she said it comes in two parts it won't be a problem. I said well can't you take out of packaging the guys are saying no that will damage it. I explained well I will have to have mattress because I have just thrown mine out has you can see. Then they said they aren't allowed to take that upstairs because of the bend and could damage the metal bar inside I said TBF I can't believe it's not vacuum packed, g
His reply some are this wasn't. So in the end I refused mattress as well in case it broke because they just kept going on about it. My partner then goes back into the store to be told it comes in two parts why didn't they give the option of leaving it I said they didn't give that option it was threw a window or they would have to take it back. Obviously the lady then said I'll get onto them about leaving it because in that box it comes in two parts why didn't they just explain that to me I was assuming they had another box too. I told my partner if they can't do delivery today forget it because they are messing us about. Now it's going to take 3 weeks for us to get our money back and got no bed. Waited 6 weeks has it is never again will I use dreams. Order number Peter is 070A030262. If I didn't have assembly has a good will gesture you wouldn't of lost 1500 your delivery drivers need sacking why didn't they give me the option of leaving it and sign a form like the lady at dreams said it shouldn't of been boxed it should of been separate in bags obviously the lads just wanted an easy day early finish. You couldn't even go out of your way to bring it back once the lady in your Erdington branch said it was 2 single divans it would of gone in easy if wasn't in box. Now I have to wait 3 weeks for my money back and no bed until I get my money back to get a new bed. I can't believe a big company like yourselves have lasted so long 😡

A great service staff in store were very polite, knowledgeable. Delivery went as planned. Just a shame that my student discount could not be applied post purchase as I struggled in store to get it applied would have saved me £100.

Really helpful advice in the shop, making it really easy to make the right choice. Fast and efficient delivery too.

Mattress is really good we whent with option '' very firm '' and I don't regret it. Good night sleep no more movement if my partner is moving around 😂.

Ordered a headboard and really pleased with it. Staff were really helpful when choosing the right one to the delivery team that kept me informed of delivery time and date right up until the day. Would definitely recommend.

Donna greeted us and made us feel very welcome at the Kingsbury Rd Branch in the retail Park near Erdington.
Initially, we went in ‘just for a look’ to see what styles and ranges of mattresses where on offer.
From the moment we walked in we were made to feel at ease. There where so many choices and we didn’t have a clue where to start. Donna didn’t judge us but instead spoke to us and established our needs. We had the privilege of experiencing the mattress marcher machine- the experience was great! Donna then got the feedback from the machine which matched us to our mattress. We were shown the mattresses and then given space to make our decision. The customer service was a 10 and I could not fault Donna’s customer service or knowledge about the products.

We were offered a drink and then discussed our deliver options. I wasn’t expecting to have the old mattress collected and didn’t even realise it was an option! Overall we had an excellent experience and it all went smoothly- we didn’t feel pressured into buying something we didn’t want.

Dreams is an excellent Company to purchase mattresses from nothing is to much trouble for them. The staff at the Erdington Branch Lynn was exceptionally helpful when my parents were looking to find a comfortable mattress. Certainly would not hesitate to recommend Dreams their Customer Care is fabulous.

We visited the Erdington store and from the time we arrived to the time we left the staff were superb. Very knowledgable and attentive without the hard sell. We had a rough idea of what we wanted and came away knowing we have made a good decision based on the time spent with us and the guidance provided by the team - Claire looked after us, waht a truly lovely lady.

Mattress is great.Delivery/ assembly service and trying to deal with post delivery our experience was not acceptable.Still not had a successful callback a month later.
Following my review I had a call from a very nice and helpful gentleman at Dreams.He was so very supportive and fair play for him tracking me down and wanting to help.As a result of his intervention I would be prepared to give Dreams another try. Thank you Peter.
