Went into Dreams at Erdington retail park today such a huge selection of beds and mattresses to choose from. With the expert help of Tracey we purchased a lovely new mattress. Could not fault Tracey’s customer service she was amazing, a very friendly girl.

Amazing bed, so comfy

Thank you for my lovely soft bed as im elderly and like soft mattress the store assistant was so so kind helpfully and so patient taking me around the store where I found my perfect mattress to suit my body I also decided to purchase a store ottoman bed as well and side cabinet to match it was on offer so treated myself. The two young delivery guys were so nice also and had nice chat with them. Nice polite people. I paid for the option to assemble the bed as im frail so everything was completed to satisfaction. Big thanks to the store person and delivery.

Big shout out to Richard who was so helpful.His product knowledge was great and he helped us work out the right mattress and frame for our needs and budget with no push salesman techniques.
He was professional and but friendly and managed to get us a great deal.
The bed has now been delivered and is fantastic thank you to the excellent delivery team too.

Lauren who helped us in the shop was an absolute dream. So kind and patient and recognised us straight away when we returned a few days later to place our order. Really explaining everything in detail so we could make an informed decision.

Best place to buy beds

Living alone and a pensioner the prospect of replacing my mattress was a concern. The arrangements Dream provide for delivery to a room of one’s choice and taking one’s old mattress away from that room met my need entirely, and while the men came early (6.45am!) they were very helpful indeed. Oh, and the mattress seems to meet the need as well!
