Pleasant helpful staff at the store in eastbourne, the delivery men were on time and with a smile did their job ery well,

John was absolutely brilliant, he helped us pick our bed and mattress. All staff were welcoming and were able to answer all queries, and provided excellent advice.
When choosing a mattress it really is worth spending more money and time on choosing. What I purchased I regret, it is now very uncomfortable. I also purchased one of the cooling pillows, midrange approximately £70, after a couple of weeks it felt hard, uncomfortable and appeared to have caused neck ache.
9 months on and the mattress is very uncomfortable but we chose the bog standard one due to funds being tight which i regret also as the mattress that felt right we couod have purchased the following month but we were in desperate need. They did provide a cover and we could have swapped the mattress or returned and upgraded so this was our fault for letting time slip by and not taking advantage of this. I recommend the store we used but ensure to pick a mattress based on your needs, follow the advice given and make it your priority spend or you will regret it like me.

I cannot fault anything about my experience with dreams, the staff at the Eastbourne store were polite, knowledgeable and professional, and then on deciding on a purchase delivered as stated with care.

I purchased the Preston double matress from Dreams.
The sales lady was amazing, she had so much patience with me, after I tried out every bed.
The delivery was on time, and the mattress is so comfortable.
It took a couple of days to appreciate it as it is firmer than my old bed, however, I have slept so well, it slightly moulds to your bodyshape. I definitely would reccomend it as I now do not get backache when awakening.
Good night's sleep.

Popped in to ask advice on a pillow, Katherine not only helped me get a pillow but when she saw my grandson needed to be winded she offered my daughter a chair and let us sit comfortably and wind and continue feeding my grandson. The service we received for the pillow was already outstanding, the pure kindness and consideration that Katherine and another member of staff gave us was more than words can describe. Thank you both.

We were served by Anne-Marie in the Eastbourne store ,who was incredibly helpful,patient and friendly.Our bed was delivered exactly when they said and the delivery men not only updated us regularly,but were very respectful of our home .They were also very friendly and efficient.Overall a 5 star experience.Thank you Dreams.
