I'm happy with it ..all is good . I don't really go on line as I got visual impairment and it hurts my eyes ,this is why I have not bothered if anything was wrong I'd call or drop into the store .

We were fortunate to be served by Lily who gave us comprehensive information about different types of mattresses. We were then left, unpressured, to make our own choice. The mattress was delivered punctually on the 17th January by two personable gentlemen who could not have been more helpful and who were a credit to the Company. Thank you all.

Absolutely love my new Tempur mattress!!! Lily, at the Chesterfield store, was very attentive and knowledgable, put us on the mattress machine (strange experience but necessary I was told!) and found us the perfect mattress! It was a quick and really enjoyable experience; I would recommend this store and the staff to anyone looking for a new mattress. Invest in the Tempur, you won’t regret it!!

Friendly welcoming staff, good range, pricing and availability.

I visited the Chesterfield store twice. First to look at options then returned, having done some research on the Dreams website to place an order. I stayed with the mattress I chose in store but changed the bed base to one the store did not have on display - having checked the package sizes to be sure they would fit up my angled stairs. The staff at the shop were really helpful and sorted out a good discount for me. The website was clear and informative. The delivery and assembly team were spot on time, very respectful of my property and did a great job. The bed looks good, very comfortable - I am delighted with my purchase.

I received many updates regarding my order so knew what was happening and when. The delivery guys were absolutely brilliant too. Friendly, efficient and respectful of my property. Finally to my lovely new bed. The perfect finishing touch to my newly refurbished bedroom, I absolutely love it. Superb quality and so much under bed storage. It feels sturdy and has a high quality finish and even though my mattress was from my old bed it's taken that to a new comfort level. Would have no hesitation in recommending dreams to friends and family and would definitely shop there myself again. Thanks for a stress free experience

Friendly efficient service from start to finish. Felt welcome in the store and they made sure we selected the right choice. Process was easy and delivery sorted to when I wanted it. The delivery was excellent and done by friendly courteous staff who took everything away. Very happy customer!
