We were quickly attended to in the shop and we bought a brand new bed which my Father is very pleased with and the sales lady completed all the details in a friendly and efficient manner. The new bed has made a huge difference to my Dad.

We went into the showroom and had a good selection to choose from. We already knew what we wanted but a sales assistant let us know she was available if we needed help. The item we wanted was reduced in the sale, after thinking about it for a few days we went in to order and we're happy to discover there was a further 20% off the sale price. We were given a good choice of delivery options and we were kept informed about the delivery, we eventually were given a 2 hour time slot the day before the delivery and it was delivered within that time slot. So overall I am extremely happy with this service.

Fabulous service and knowledge from Jo at the Chesterfield Branch … cannot recommend highly enough ! the bed is so comfortable and I’ve waited until we have slept on it for a couple of months to review - it’s the second one we have bought (superking) and would not go anywhere else. Keep an eye out as they often have one or two discounts and offers to take advantage of. Quality products you get what you pay for.

A receptive welcome to the store by staff, they were very helpful in helping chose a bed, and also quite helpful in the purchasing process.

Kris approached us in a friendly manner in the shop. After listening to what we wanted he introduced us to the bed that measured us. Then we chose our new mattress and Kris did the sale.
I have to say he did his job very well without coming across as a pushy salesman. He was great and worth more than a 10 out of 10.
Then of course was the delivery. Again the 2 gents were very polite and nothing was too much trouble.
All in all we are extremely satisfied and happy.

Jenny and Kris were very helpful, so I got the bed I needed, as I have Arthritis and Osteoporosis. I’ve edited this because I need to add on that the delivery team were also good. My thanks to all of the Dreams staff.

I did have a problem with my mattress and returned them both under the comfort guarantee. I had no problems swapping the mattress but it did make it more difficult when you purchased the mattress as a bundle with free pillows and mattress protectors as you should pay for them when you return the mattress which you probably wouldn’t buy in the first place . I did have an issue trying to get a refund on a faulty mattress because how I had paid for the 2 mattresses and how the order had been done in store . I cannot fault the company on the comfort guarantee it did take a lot of phone calls to get this sorted on the payment side of things but as now been sorted . The customer service team was very professional and polite ,

From walking into the shop to leaving, everything was perfect in every way. I was helped by Luly, without being pushed, tried the test bed, a mattress was found suitable to my financial situation & the nearest one to what the test bed advised. (Lily, not Luly)! Any questions patiently answered, smooth, prompt delivery, within 5 days with lovely men.Woupd recommend.

Took the bed test and tried the beds it recommended. I was told I had to bed the bed in.
The mattress is still really uncomfortable- back ache, hips aching.
