Polite friendly staff in show room! Help in deciding which mattress is most suitable!

Great customer service from the minute we walked in the door. Michelle at the Chelmsford branch asked what we were looking for and we were given a great choice of options. Didn’t wait long for our mattress and were updated regularly re delivery date. Verbal contact on the day re delivery time and delivery men were very respectful to my home. Old mattress taken for a small fee. Don’t think anything could be improved with this purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to use dreams again or recommend. Maureen Patterson.

Purchased a mattress. Delivered free within 10 days. Delivery team sent a message and a phone call to keep me informed of when to expect them. Lynn the sales assistant was very good explained the product and the delivery process. I have not tested the product and hope it will be comfortable. My only concern is the mattress is light and doesn’t seem heavy enough to stay put on the base. Early days will see how it goes!

Visited the Riverside Retail Park store in Chelmsford Essex and was lucky enough to be looked after by Michelle - what an amazing credit she is to your company, really cares about what you want and need, not at all pushy and so so friendly.
Ordered a new mattress to be delivered next week.

The delivery was on time and the mattress proved to be excellent improving our nightly sleep.

We were served by the store manager and she was fantastic. We used the bed simulator thing and then tried about 5 different mattresses and for each one the store manager gave us the context of what the bed was and what its features were. We ended up purchasing a Tempura matress which I had previously written off as I didn't understand why it felt like it did. Bit when it was explained it made sense.
Would definitely recommend and would back there should be need another one.

I have used Dreams before and was pleased with the products. Dreams in Chelmsford were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, without being pushy with the sales talk. They gave ample time for me to wander and try as many beds as I wanted.
Once I had chosen my ideal bed the sales process was quick and easy and I opted for their service to put my new ottoman bed together which was well worth the money. Their delivery drivers were extremely polite and respectful of my home and carpets and the service was immaculate. I would definitely use Dreams again.

Lynn was really helpful with great product knowledge. She helped when needed and gave us time to think through our options. Price and offers were best we’d found after looking at other stores and online.

My partner and I visited your Chelmsford riverside retail park and couldn't get away quick enough. Maria, I think was her name, was instistant the minute we walked through the door that we tried the bed analyst machine. She was then instistant on us trying very high end priced beds rather than let us browse. We were made to carry our pillows that were given to us upon entry and told which beds to try. We literally ran from the store heading for the rival bed shop opposite, with its more relaxed attitude who gave us space but was there with advice as needed.

Very good, will use again and would recommend.
