Sales lady knew her stuff,delivery was on time men were polite and efficient

My best purchase of my dream bed and mattress. Perfectly packaged and delivered in time.
Had some issues with the assembling, on reporting I received help immediately and got a service booked with a refund of the money spent on customer assemble. Appreciate the care and concern shown to customers and helping sorting issues.

From start to finish, the buy of my bed was a good experience.
The staff were excellent as well as the delivery drivers.

From being greeted in store and getting delivery of the bed, the whole experience was brilliant. We used the bed annalyser to see what mattress suited us best. There was money off the mattress and the bed frame and we got 2 free memory foam pillows and a pack of 4 normal pillows thrown in. Delivery was quick, efficient and the guys made the bed up in super quick time. I would advise paying the 70 quid for them to do it as they did it really quickly. They also took the packaging away.

Staff at the store were very helpful. The matress is very comfy and has made huge difference to a better night's sleep. Delivery was great drivers were friendly and considerate.

I went into the store to see what choices were available to me for a new bed and mattress the young lady that dealt with my enquiry was extremely helpful her product knowledge and explanation on what the different mattresses did was very clear. Cathy was not pushy at all whilst making me a cup of tea it gave me time to think about what I wanted and I then made the purchase everything detail was explained from start to finish. The experience was exceptional

Cathy was very helpful, kind and funny! She made the whole experience so much easier with her knowledge and the fact she listened to what I wanted but also helped me find something I needed.

Luke and Lynn at the chelmsford store were exceptional in supporting me in picking the right bed and mattress, nothing was too much trouble and both incredibly knowledgeable. Never once did I feel forced into buying something. It was overall an enjoyable experience so thank you both

There was no issue with the bed and the delivery on 7 December 23 which we are happy with. The issue is that the headboard could not be attached to the two adjustable separate beds as the alignment of the fittings was not compatible. This is a sales issue and therefore this needs to be brought to the attention of the sales persons in order to avoid an occurrence of this in the future. I also found that contacting Customer Services to resolve this issue is a bit time consuming and not just a phone call to resolve this quickly. Still awaiting a resolution.

love my new bed very comfortable,the delivery drivers were excellent at bringing it to my house and putting it where i asked ie spare room ready to assemble which was very easy as i am elderly but i did it myself.

Thoroughly enjoyable experience! Nothing was too much! We utilised the SleepMatch system and bought one of the recommended mattresses as a result.

It's not an easy decision when u spend 2400 for a mattress but the most important thing its your health and sleep.All I can say its worth every single penny.When in the shop done a mattress test on the computer and got the one that suits my weight and sleeping position.lovely

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff in store with a good choice of products at a competitive price . Contacted by delivery drivers to give a 2 hour delivery time slot as promised. Delivery drivers very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Dreams have been amazing, from start to finish. The sales person was amazing probably one of the best salesman I have met. He was genuine and listened to what we required and we got the perfect, bed mattress and pillows :)
The delivery team were professional and put the bed together in no time at all.
It was the perfect transaction :)
