Absolutely Customer focused Staff both extremely friendly & helpful. Two Hot drinks were provided before we even got started. Evy in the Cambridge store gently guided me through the process in a friendly & extremely knowledgeable manner to choosing my new Mattress. She provided all the options available within my requirements for comfort & budget. I ended up shortlisting two options & settled for another Tempur which I have had for the past 15 years, fabulous product & lasts a long time & none of this topper or hybrid mattresses. Thank you Evy for all of your excellent support & guidance, a pleasure doing business with you.

First of all, we were not overly impressed to be buying a new mattress only 3.5 years after our original TheraPur purchase - the sidewall collapsed and Dreams spent months telling us that it was an expected behaviour despite the fact they'd since changed all of their mattresses to include reinforced sidewalls.

We decided to go for a Tempur mattress. They're very expensive but after using it for approximately 2.5 months we're very happy with it. We've never had a memory foam mattress before so it does take some getting used to but it doesn't take too long.

The staff in the Cambridge store were helpful, explaining how the mattress firmness would be slightly different depending on the bed base you have so we were able to consider that when making a final decision.

All in all, pretty happy so far. Hopefully won't be buying a new mattress for a few years.

The staff in the store are helpful and address my concerns patiently. The staff in the back office has helped to do the price guarantee refund promptly. The staff helped us to assemble our bed frame are friendly and accommodate our needs patiently.
