Excellent customer experience and good product
We ordered two double beds with mattresses in store. The sales and delivery team were excellent, all communicated and delivered as promised. Instructions to build were clear and we are very happy with the finished products. Can’t fault the experience start to finish.

Worth the wait!
We had to wait a while for the mattress we wanted to be delivered, but it was worth the wait, great night's sleep since it arrived! There are additional sales pitches for pillows/ mattress covers, longer warranty or delivery to the room, but these are optional and we got a good price for a mattress and it was a great shopping experience using the machine and trying them all out! The sales assistant was very patient and not pushy at all!

extras on orders just more money grabbing
after spending £2600 on bed and mattress, going though details in store, extras like removal old one is fine, but charges for removal from a certain room, when delivered yesterday was told we haven't paid for it to be assembled we weren't asked. the guys were great and did as husband hads ended up in hospital. surely that price you would assume assembly included annoyed no compensation offered as they feel we got free assembly

Good nights sleep
The whole experience was great. The bed arrived on time brought by two really helpful men . They put overshoes on as soon as they arrived at the door. They put the bed exactly where we wanted it and told us all that was needed for the beds care. Very impressed.
