Happy as I was since my first purchase from Dreams.

Everything was as promised, the delivery was top class, and the price of the mattresses was much lower than we anticipated. All good.

Delivery men were prompt and helpful. We put the bed base together ourselves. Excellent instructions, all the components were present, went together very easily. Looks good, great cover.

The service I was given from the purchase & delivery & installation of my bed & headboard by Gary the Delivery Driver & his assistant was absolutely first class

Like the look of the bed in situ and so far have found the mattress very comfortable. Helpful staff in-store and the delivery guys were efficient and friendly.

Pleased with the purchase, but we asked for the bed to be taken away and the-new bed assembled. Unfortunately taking the bed away was missed on invoice and we had to pay £100 to have it disposed of by Click waste as customer service did not ring and store was no help. It was stressful to our disabled daughter.

I recently bought a mattress from Dreams, and overall the experience has been excellent.

In-store, I was assisted by Carlos, who was super friendly and never pressured me he just let me take my time to decide. I’d also looked around other retailers like Bensons, John Lewis and online, but the service here really stood out. I was even given a discount and a free bed cover, which was a lovely bonus.

On delivery, there were a couple of issues: the stitching on the mattress was a little loose, the tags were attached in a way that could cause damage if pulled, and the bed cover was slightly dirty. I contacted customer service and although it took almost a week to get a reply, when they did respond, they went above and beyond. Instead of just offering a discount (which I expected), they replaced everything without hesitation I was genuinely impressed.

The email rescheduling system didn’t work for me, but a quick call to customer service had it sorted quickly and the team were very friendly. The second delivery was flawless fast, professional, and the drivers took the time to explain everything properly.

Although not perfect, the way Dreams handled my concerns gave me complete confidence in them. Mistakes can happen, but how a company responds makes all the difference, and Dreams Cambridge really showed how much they care about their customers.

Everything went well from start to finish. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and guided us in the right direction. Delivery was at a time and date convenient to us and the delivery went well. The delivery men were very helpful and courteous. This is the third Dreams Therapur bed that I have purchased and they have all been very comfortable.

Reliable, accommodating and professional

Helpful in store but not pushy, full of information about products, understanding when had to postpone delivery a couple of times, delivery was good with polite people, who installed the bed professionally.

Great customer service! We’ve been assisted by a lovely colleague in the Cambridge store. She helped us with our ideas and measurements to help us make the right choice for us. Everyone else in the store chipped in here and there and were all very welcoming and smiling.
