Very pleased with the comfort of our Dreams mattress. Also easy to rotate with the side handles.

The mattress is perfect for me (very firm)
The bed is great especially with the storage facilities provided by the ottoman bed.
The two guys who came to assemble them were great, professional and courteous. A job well done.

3 years later still really happy with our orthpaedic mattress purchase. We were served by Nicholas who was great. Looking forward to our next bed or sofa purchase soon as moving house!

The bed computer thing is the best it chose the right mattress for me and now whennin pain i lie on it and it goes away the best ever

Love the bed and the mattress and the delivery service was great . Also the assembly service that I opted to pay extra for was superb. This review is an edited review from my original because I initially had an issue with the pricing of my bed . I bought the bed in the sale and then the price was further reduced which left me quite a bit out of pocket and very disappointed. However to the company’s credit as soon as I raised this with them they contacted me and refunded me the difference in price. I was very impressed and delighted with this customer service and have no hesitation in recommending Dreams. I will certainly be returning to them for my next purchase as it’s not often you experience customer service like that these days. One very happy customer !

Always wanted an Ottoman bed, so decided to go to Dreams.
The salesman was not pushy, left me to look around and was on hand to answer any questions.
Decided to have them put my bed together for me.
Bed arrived on the date and time agreed.
It was pouring down with rain, but the guys wore overshoes so not to traips water in the house.
Bed was put together in about 45 mins.
I love it. So much storage space now.

The delivery of muy new mattress was exceptional, the new mattress is so good and I love it! I would recommend Dreams if you need a new mattress. You can test it in store and that is very convenient. Great service really.

From the moment I got into the Cambs shop to sleeping on my new mattress was all superb.

Mattress was advertised as medium but is hard as nails and around 5 cm too narrow for the bed frame. Customer services were really helpful and arranged a swap under their guarantee. New mattress arrived yesterday and is very comfortable. I did though have to pay £500 for a better model as the ‘soft’ version of the original was also hard. Grades have definitely changed and not for the better. New mattress is also 5cm too narrow!

My experience of dreams was great. The delivery guys were amazing and went above and beyond to help with delivery, I couldn't thank them enough.

Nick (Nicholas) @ Dreams Store Cambridge was great . He took us through the sleepMatch process and showed us a bunch of different options for mattresses based on this and our preferences at lots of different price points, and so we ended up making an order on the day when we originally just went in to browse and do some research, really happy with our mattress pick as well.

Excellent experience. Polite and friendly staff. Clean store. While the children were distracting me, another staff member came and took the kids to try the sleeping machine, So I could make a decision and choose the correct one for me.
