First time ordering with this company

First time ordering with this company, and all I can say is I am highly impressed.
The cost of the product beat many a stronger competitor, and the delivery was very fast and well packaged, I would certainly order again from here, and indeed have already ordered.

Good advice and great service…

Phoned for advice which was given in an efficient and friendly manner. Lights ordered Monday afternoon and delivered the following morning well packaged and in good order. Excellent service and product - Aurora M10 lights

Great service and quality light …

Ordered twice from downlights now, fittings look great in their new home.
Downlights are the only company I have ordered from where they use a courier that email you a 1 hour delivery time slot, super service all round.

A shining light.

Website offers a good selection of products, competitively priced. Delivery was very quick and early impressions of the lights is good. Would recommend.

Easy refund policy

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong dimmer switches, Downlights were really good and refunded with no fuss. You can tell a lot about a company by how they handle returns. I will happily order from them in the future.
