Very nice and well organised store, fine collection of plants with an excellent Orchid display

I had excellent service from all the staff on my visit. In the garden centre staff was on hand to help me and offer advice on the plants I was purchasing - he couldn't have been more helpful.
The staff at the till were very friendly and extremely helpful as well

Excellent service , changes to the store set up is such an improvement. My plants have always been in good health .

There is currently no where to purchase water / marginal plants at the store in Stratton.

I recently had the unfortunate experience in visiting your Stratton branch. To quote " all fur coat and no knickers " . I wandered round the shop hoping to find staff to help. I eventually saw 3 chaps busy unloading compost. Wandered in the shop again ( perhaps thi is hide and seek ) still no one. Chap of compost of unloading, can you help, looking for ... another customer told me where it was. I asked about other products, staffing etc told we have a staff shortage. We don't have that, too early. I spent £65. but would have spent more of if I had received a modicum of service. I will try again even though I travel from the other side of Swindon, passing other centres. I would suggest that you get your at together, is the management scared of serving or helping in staff shortage times.
I will try again.

I visited wanting to buy two specific shrubs and managed to get both, so was very pleased. The garden centre was very clean and tidy, the plants all looked very healthy and the staff were happy to answer questions and point me in the right direction. Will definitely be visiting again.

Usually totally happy with visit to Dobbies. On this occasion I wanted to use a gift card to pay for purchase but assistant was unable to get card to scan. Love the store and merchandise.

Lovely and relaxing. Love the variety of garden supplies and gifts for everyone. Enjoyed lunch in the restaurant.

I use my £12 a year hot drinks to takeaway when walking my dog. 🐕☕ Your coffee is tasty and hot, perfect way to walk home 😆

Great service and we had a lovely breakfast

We went to the restaurant first to have coffee which are free with my dobbies gold card only to be asked for payment. As I have not used the monthly allowance much all year I was not amused I have complained to dobbies and have heard nothing so will not be visiting them again

On entering this garden centre, it's beautifully presented. The staff are helpful and the selection of plants and other sections is plentiful and good. It's always a pleasure to visit.

A very good time walking around looking at plants and tools preparing future jobs and a bonus of buying a lardy cake

We had to wait far too long for our food. And a customer came in well after us but got their food before us. Nothing wrong with the food when it eventually came. I forgot to use my Dobbies card. It would of helped if the young lady who served us ask if I had a card but she didn't! So I have lost out on my points!

We were able to get exactly what we wanted. The staff were really helpful, cheerful and friendly.

Plenty of choice and very friendly & helpful staff.
The cafe is great. However, when busy, it can take some time to be seated and receive our orders. Again, staff very friendly

The lady on the shop floor was very helpful and the lady on the tills.

We just went in the restaurant that day and the food was very good. We do like the table service.

I went to meet a friend for breakfast and as always the staff are super friendly and the service great. We then looked around the main shop and it all felt warm and full of Christmas cheer. Shopping and a full tummy completed.Thank you Swindon
