Good service in restaurant. Lovely staff who served us quickly and made us feel welcome. Food was excellent and arrived quickly.

We just used the coffee shop and soft B play area on this occasion! Lovely coffee and kind friendly staff. Thank you 😊

Whilst the coffee was lovely and the venue pleasant the scones we had were dry and tasteless which was disappointing

We met for coffee but your staff were overwhelmed with a high volume of people that day. We had to go and ask for service but the staff were very professional and kept calm considering they had to get help from the floor staff. Still a great place to eat and buy gardening items.

Ordered afternoon tea for my daughters birthday, absolutely lovely
Lovely fresh Sandwiches with 4 different fillings, 2 scones each with jam and cream, and a selection of mini cakes which were beautiful, unlimited tea and coffee
Staff friendly and obliging, really worth every penny

We ordered two Sunday dinners, pot of tea for one and two cold soft drinks. They had run out of new potatoes but that was ok changed for mash. and offered a cake to take out for the inconvenience which was a nice gesture. No mustard at all in the restaurant. And didn't get the tea until we had finished the dinner and soft drinks then we had to ask the manager for the tea. We go regular and have noticed staff are very slow to clear tables. Food was nice and hot and we enjoyed it. Staff did do there best but feel they need a few more staff to cope as they get so busy and can't cope.

We visited the restaurant, which we do quite frequently, but on this occasion my husbands sandwich was dry and hard( a fish finger sandwich) almost as if it had been microwaved . We complained to assistant, who to be fair gave us a slice of cake. we would rather have gad an edible sandwich.

I Go in to Dobbies in shenstone and my bill is always wrong ?? Wasting my time having to go back in several times Girl on desk could not even be bothered to apologise face as if it was a chore to be there can you get some polite and smiling staff who want to be there please makes shopping for the customers so much more pleasant to shop

Another visit to the restaurant and once again a lovely experience. Staff helpful and friendly. They were having technical problems with card machines but apologised and kept us informed about progress...eventually sorted. Food as good as always and delivered quickly after ordering. Very nice coffees...decaffeinated. As said, staff are always warm and welcoming. Will be back again in next few days.

My friend and I enjoyed your over 60 lunch deal. We had different meals and both were really tasty and plentiful.

We called in to collect some plants and have a breakfast bap and coffee. The staff in the restaurant were, as always, happy, friendly and efficient. The breakfast bap was delicious and very fresh. The coffee was free as we are members of Dobbies Club which we recommend to everyone. We only purchased a small amount of plants but still received our discount courtesy of Dobbies Club.It was a lovely morning out.

Dobbies Shenstone is such a lovely friendly garden centre. Great selection of products, restaurant serves great selection coffee & cakes.
