Love your centres, Visited Shenstone store, only downside was we waited at least 20mins for someone to take our cafe order, although there seemed to be lots of staff, nearly got up and walked away. Other than that we had a good visit. Your staff are helpful and polite too.

Staff were very friendly and helpful which made you feel like returning.

Good experience in the store itself. Wife bought a plant, Father bought a jacket and we got some steaks from the butcher concession.
Less good in the cafe. Admittedly it was nearly at the time limit for end of breakfast but a couple of us wanted b’fast rolls and there were no rolls. I didn’t think the food was freshly cooked (eggs were ok) and request for well done bacon wasn’t fulfilled. However drinks were very good and staff very friendly.

Wrong coffee again. Not hot enough again.

We call at Dobbies quite often, and we always enjoy our coffee and cake. Unfortunately yesterday the restaurant was very busy, and the only seating was with the low sofas and table. Not a big problem, but it is so drafty, we needed to keep our coats on. It could do with a partition wall to keep out the drafts.

Love Dobbies, such a friendly atmosphere. The manager is amazing, very professional and very upbeat and happy every time we go in. Staff are so helpful and very polite. Look forward to our next visit

Asked to join the Gardening club but no mention of £12 jolning fee, did not realise till I got home and looked at receipt. Had to go back to get a refund.

Fast efficient service, great range

We are regulars - staff are lovely. I would however find things better if the screens they use were more friendly. I didn't want to use my free coffees but it was taken off. I found it strange that your staff are unable to restore them on the tablet. The matter was resolved by me having two coffees next time I am there and I am more than satisfied with the outcome. I do however think they should be able to do it easily.

Had a lovely afternoon tea, good value for money. Service was also very good.

The staff are always helpful and friendly. Sometimes a little slow to take our order in the restaurant. A shame you have so many dead looking plants. Any reductions are too small to make you want to take them home and rescue them.

A bit on the expensive side really, restaurant is priced about right.

Booked for a children’s session, with my 5 year old grandson, was brilliant, we made a bug house and discovered and talked about garden bugs and pollination. Had breakfast before our session, got a garden toy in the sale so a lovely day altogether.

Always like going to Dobbies to either meet friends or family. On our last visit we went for the fish and chip meal and we wasn't asked for our dobbies reward card. After spending almost £50 in the restaurant we feel we should have been asked for our card.

The Dobbies card is fabulous. We like the food and the free drinks make the visit worthwhile. With 10% off plants it is a win win situation.

Lovely cafe, the works, a variety of plants and I made a lovely purchase of a David Austin rose in the sale.

What a lovely afternoon. I’m disabled and need the use of a mobility scooter to get around. We called in at Dobbies, Shenstone for a bite to eat. I was able to park my scooter next to our table without any inconvenience to other customers and we were served by Julia. She was so helpful and friendly. She was a pleasure. We had food and drinks off the menu which was first class. We even ended up with a piece of cake each. We enjoyed ourselves so
much, we intend to make it a weekly occurrence. Thank you Dobbies.
