Excellent brought a sunflower plant present for my Husband

Had a lovely coffee and slice of cake to celebrate my birthday

As a regular I am never disappointed with the range of plants etc that are on offer. Recently I went for my birthday treat which is given to members as part of the Dobbies 'club plus' membership and was offered cake for myself and partner rather than the previous 'biscuit treat' which was a nice addition. The staff are always helpful and serve with a smile which can brighten anyones day.

Always enjoy my visits to your garden centre. Nice coffee and cake. Lovely plants and lots of other things to see.

Visited Dobbies at Shenstone on Tuesday 28th June.
We ordered 2flat white coffees in the restaurant, what we were served I would describe as “ hot milk with a hint of a taste of coffee” which was so disappointing as flat white should be a strong tasting coffee.
Whilst sitting at the table there were flyers amongst the condiments of discounts on various items. One of which was 6 plug pack of any bedding plant £3.99 with a 50% discount. When we arrived at the checkout to pay for one six pack of bedding marigolds, we were charged the full price of £3.99.....when we queried the bill we were informed that our purchase was 3 for £10.
Rather than cause any unpleasantness, we paid and left .
We will not go to Dobbies at Shenstone in future...we mainly visit Dobbies in Mancetter where our experience has always been very very good.

Always a pleasure visiting Dobbies Garden centre in Shenstone. Great range of outdoor plants and pots, we found what we were looking for. Decided to have a coffee and a cake too. Great way to pass a few hours at the weekend.

My husband, myself and our small dog visited Dobbies today. My puppy was in the pippy play centre which he loved. the staff were very efficient and friendly. we then had a coffee at one of the dog friendly tables, where again all the staff were very friendly and helpfull .. thankyou. Altogether a very pleasant experience

Needed a new large pot for my olive tree. With the help of your staff I was able to find the perfect one along with compost .

Couldn't eat or drink because cash only at restaurant.
