I was surprised at the low cost of bark chippings that I bought. I do enjoy browsing the whole centre. Lots to see, and to go back for.

Customer service was excellent and choice of product was first class

Had a fabulous afternoon tea in the Restuarant
Then did lots of shopping. Great staff, lovely atmosphere, what more do you want.

This Dobbies is a good size, with a useful Sainsburys outlet and good selection of garden centre necessities. Unfortunately the item we needed (house plant compost) was out of stock. The assistant was helpful and confirmed that this was the case in the other branches and out of their control due to external supply issues, which in current circumstances feels fair enough. The restaurant was pleasant with a good selection of choices, helpful staff and reasonable prices.

We visited the Restaurant on Sunday for our monthly inclusive tea/coffee and had some delicious cake. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Christmas decorations all look very nice.

Unfortunately they did not have exactly what I wanted but a suitable replacement was found

I needed advice on orchids. The chap who helped me was knowledgeable and really helped.

Such lovely accommodating staff. I returned an expensive candle which did not give any scent. Staff were very understanding and gave me a refund without question.
I went on to make further purchase that cost a lot more ., A lovely place to spend money 🌸🌟

Ok could improve

Able to buy the alpine plants we required and then had a lovely lunch in the restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We went and had a coffee, service was quick, even though it was busy. Would recommend Dobbies to my friends and family.

Just no atmosphere there it was 3.30pm and we were going to sit on the one side of restaurant there was one table being used we were going to sit down and they started to put chairs up on tables and it made it feel very uncomfortable yes there was the other side but felt very uncomfortable with what was going on

I wanted to buy a
Bbq that was reduced, I asked if I would get the extra 20%the assistant went and asked a manager and I was told yes
But at the tills the manager said no and would not allow me the discount
Very dissatisfied
I wasted time and as I asked first for confirmation of the 20% off I feel the shop should have given me the discount
Future reference do not believe what you may be told

A nice store with lots to look at. Lots of great gift ideas but everything is very expensive!
Plant section is excellent - great choice and all very healthy. Prices more reasonable in that area.

Very quick to set up, lady who served me was very helpful. Great deals with the card.

Nice shopping environment and always quality service supplied.
