Always find the restaurant welcoming..So much products to browse .....Lovely friendly staff at the tills....

Always find the staff polite, helpful and knowledgable.

The service used to be poor. Now has a new manager and the cafe is unrecognisable. No longer one person struggle to cope with a queue while others are 'busy' on other things. This is a working manager, clearly keen to ensure best service and product availability. He has transformed the place and boosted the staff morale. Also the quality of the cooked food is much improved. Well done to all

We had a lovely afternoon at Dobbies in Northampton. Very pleasant staff and lovely set out store.

Your staff are always helpful - the lady on the till arranged for a lovely young man to load the potting compost into the boot of my car even though it was raining! They are always polite and knowledgeable.

Yet again, no cooked meals we went Sunday, looking forward to a Sunday roast, and for the 4th time no proper chef. PLEASE get it sorted. We unfortunately will be going elsewhere shame as we love a wander around the store. Hope you get it sorted.

I wanted to return some unused slabs , I had no problem in doing this and the lady on the checkout was really pleasant , and dealt with my refund in a quick and friendly manner

Experience was best for a long time

Always have a good experience at both of the Dobbies Garden Centres in Northampton.

My scone wasn't fresh. I was disappointed.

I was able to find items quickly and easily and customer services were friendly and efficient.

We stopped off for a morning coffee and a bit of shopping and came up with a coat reduced from£49 00 to £27.00 bargain😊 and a few other bits and after paying we were invited to a free pot of Bizzie Lizzie which was a nice surprise.

I always like visiting the Dobbies Wootton Northampton garden centre. I visit for cards, plants or sometimes just a drink with a friend.

Cafe not busy, ordered juice and a tea for myself and grandson. Waited quite a while for tea to arrive and then had to chase up the staff who were standing chatting. No real apology received. Disappointing.

Again only one gluten free cake available. Why do you have staff deliver the drinks to the table when it's quicker to take them my self. It means we are not left a tray and it's harder for staff to clear the tables.

They found me two things I couldn’t find elsewhere and so helpful to set up their rewards card

We always enjoy coming to Dobbies and we had a very nice meal when we had finished shopping.
