Dnk Services Recensioni

Friendly, knowledgeable and excellent service. Dave repaired a broken conservatory roof panel and unaligned French doors, with ease. Fantastic service.

Dave responded very quickly - gave me a price immediately for the replacement glass. Came out the following week to fit. Very efficient - would definitely use DNK again.

Very happy with the work done, great reliability and work done as promised.

We bought a front door from this company and after a few years there was a slight door and they jumped into action and sorted the problem immediately. The service was impeccable I’ve never had a company who responds so fast so professional causing us no stress whatsoever, definitely would recommend them again.

Great service - replied to my email enquiry out of working hours and arrived to do my window repair the very next afternoon.
Very friendly and professional.
Would not hesitate to use this company again. Highly recommend.

DNK services are very good and would highly recommend.

High recommend DNK services. Enquired about a cat flap, responded the same day, and booked in for a few days later. Dave was friendly and really helpful, going above and beyond fixing an issue with our door whilst fitting the cat flap, all done in less than hours including showing us how the settings works.

DNK services did a great job installing a microchip cat flap in a upvc door, really neat job. Also sorted some doors that were sticking. Would highly recommend.

I can’t rate DNK Services highly enough. Dave was recommended by a family member when we were looking for a new front door about 5 years ago. He did a brilliant job replacing our door back then but my reason for leaving the review now is because of the excellent service we have had since then too. We have had a couple of small wear and tear issues in the last year with the door and on both occasions I’ve contacted him - entirely expecting and willing to pay for his time - and he has come by the following day and fixed the issue for us free of charge. He is friendly, professional, punctual and so speedy replying to emails. 10/10. Thanks again Dave!

I recently had an issue with the lock on my front door, and DNK Services came to the rescue. From start to finish, their professionalism and efficiency were outstanding. I called them after realizing my front door lock was jammed and wouldn’t turn properly, and they responded promptly, scheduling a same-day visit.

The technician arrived on time, was courteous, and clearly explained what the problem was. He quickly diagnosed a worn internal mechanism and had the right tools and replacement parts on hand. In less than an hour, the lock was fully functional again, and he even took the time to ensure everything was aligned correctly with the door frame.

What stood out most was their attention to detail and the clear communication throughout the process. No surprise fees, no upselling—just honest, skilled service. It’s reassuring to know I have a reliable locksmith I can call on for any future needs. I highly recommend DNK Services to anyone needing quick and trustworthy lock repair or replacement!

Very friendly and professional. Our furnace went out on Christmas Eve a couple of years ago and they came out and got it fixed and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg for holiday service . They have been doing our air and furnace tune ups ever since!

Excellent Customer Service - I have been using DNK Services for the past 8 years for my window and door replacements. Very trustworthy, punctual and excellent customer etiquette. Extremely helpful with any queries and just really nice, genuine people to do business with. I have a lot of confidence in their standard of work and will continue to use their services if the need arises.

Dave has fitted a new front door, new back door and fixed an old french door for me. He is polite, punctual and friendly and has returned promptly when needed. I highly recommend him

I searched for a replacement door panel to replace one I had with a cat flap fitted. DNK offered a cut to size service which meant no offcut to bin, or the need to cut the panel when it arrived. Panel arrived this morning, well packages, and perfectly to the size I wanted. Now fitted, it looks so much better. Communication is good and the website is easy to navigate, understand, order, and pay.

Dave had set out clearly his charges and arrived on time. His attention to detail was second to none and nothing was too much trouble. He made sure I was completely satisfied with his work before he left and I will certainly be recommending him to all my friends.

I called initially to get advice on a replacement door panel, I received excellent and accurate advice which saved me from purchasing the wrong depth.

The panel arrived in good time, I was kept informed of the estimated delivery date and the driver was very happy to wait while I checked the door on arrival (as advised by Dave.

I fitted the panel myself with no issues at all, and I'm so pleased with it. It is excellent quality and has improved the level of noise and cold that my old door panel was letting in.

In short - I highly recommend this company and will be ordering a new back door panel in the near future!

What a great company. Top quality products. Service was brilliant and communication was on point.

Would recommend them to anyone.

Super efficient and professional service.
Great communication.
Excellent quality finish and great value.

I have had repeated engagements with Dave at DNK windows. Consistently punctual, professional and polite. Knows his craft and gives good advice (which isn't always about buying from him). I can definitely recommend his service.

Excellent service, quick response to the call out, quick turn around on the parts, and quick and professional installation
