Dnk Services Recensioni

The operative was very polite. Spent time on the door until he got it right. Very pleased with the result. Price was very reasonable. Would use again.

Amazing customer service - Dave went above & beyond to let me know when the product was being sent & the time frame (This was after I didn’t do as asked & confirm my order)
When I emailed about my mistake - Dave emailed back straight away with helpful answers, he went out of his hours to know estimated time of my delivery - which he was correct with & we received our door - immaculately packed & in perfect condition.
I could not be happier with my order & look forward to looking at my patio door changes with Dave.
Fantastic company with fantastic products.

Impressive all round service with good communication, timely in-person quote, fair price and quality workmanship. Happy to travel to ~30mins from Hemel too.
I am grateful for the DNK services team and don’t hesitate to recommend.

I ordered 2 UPVC glazed door panels from DNK, never used them before - I'm a DIYer. The website was really good and the service from then on was even better. In a matter of days I had received My specially made panels. I'm very happy with the quality, and the prices are great also.
Would highly recommend.

Dave was very professional and eager to help us.
Our front door had seized shut!
He managed to repair the door and levelled it so that it shuts better than it did before.
Reasonably priced, cleaned up after himself and explained what had happened to the door and what he needed to do to repair it.
Very happy with the serviced and a good contact to have in a door/window emergency!

First rate service from DNK who rescued a door with broken hinges and failed locking mechanism. Thought it was scrap but now as good as new. Dave was knowledgeable and professional. Thoroughly recommend.

Had Dave from DNK round to fit a new composite back door, to replace the inefficient wooden one I had.
From start to finish he has been really helpful in supplying all the information about door choices, fitting, etc and advising on best doors for security and heat retention.
The door took a couple of hours to fit and looks great and works really well.
He also repaired some broken double glazing window hinges on the same day.
Definitely worth considering DNK if you are looking for replacement doors.

We are very pleased that we found DNK Services to replace our existing front door. Dave was very professional, genuine, and helpful. His quotes were very competitive compared to others. We are delighted with our new front door and double-glazed glass. He even fixed the gap in our back door free of charge. We highly recommend DNK. Thank you so much for your help with our doors and windows Dave.

Kind regards,
Mon & Khin

Dave from DNK is a real professional, turns up when agreed, clear pricing with no extras, great qaulity of work and leaves eveything super neat and tidy.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I had an excellent experience with this window repair service. I needed urgent assistance to fix a faulty UPVC window lock system and to replace several old window handles in a rented property. The repairer was very responsive—he liaised directly with my tenant, quickly diagnosed the problem, and efficiently ordered the missing parts.

What stood out was his professionalism and clear communication. He kept both myself and the tenant updated about job progress and arrival times. The work was completed promptly and to a high standard, with a friendly and courteous approach throughout. Both the lock and handles are now working perfectly, and the whole process was hassle-free for me as a landlord.

I would happily recommend this service to anyone needing window repairs—reliable, trustworthy, and great value.

Great service from Dave at DNK Services. He communicated when he was on the way and fixed our door that wasn’t locking with no issues. Price was as estimated when we spoke to book the callout and seemed reasonable.

If you need an expert and trustworthy view of what you require for double glazing Dave from DNK is the to contact plus great value for money

Great service and fast service. Second time I have used DNK.

We had a single glazed, rather sentimental, stained glass window. which needed replacing. Dave copied the window so closley it bought me to tears. A wonderful double glazed repica installed by a friendly and skilled company

Fantastic service from DNK Services, exactly what I requested. Bill was same as written quote, efficient, very tidy and considerate. A pleasure to do business with.

We engaged Dnk to initially fit a cat flap for us and were really pleased with the result. We then got Dnk to fit us a new door and we are delighted with the outcome. Dave is really professional, he understands what is needed and will do a great job I have no hesitation recommending Dnk.
