Great colour bed base
Really pleased with my bed base it’s lovely and looks great in my bedroom. The ordering and delivery went well and the price was good. There were some screws missing when putting it together and the drawers had come apart but my husband sorted these problems out.

Awaiting a refund - stealing?
I purchased a reinforced divan base with headboard.
The base had markings on it, whilst the headboard was poorly presented with dints in the cushioning and loose fabric. The quality control has clearly failed in their job here.
To make matters worse, I arranged to have the bed returned (the company accepted the bed was faulty). They arranged for it to be collected by Furdeco and returned. The delivery drivers dragged the bed, scratching my rental floor - I would not be surprised if they damaged the bed further. Since then, it has been 11 days - I have still not been refunded, despite the bed being returned by Furdeco, who took it directly back. I have emailed three times and they have still not refunded. Most recently, they said the accounts team had been instructed to complete the refund - yet it still has not been made. I spent approx £430 on the bed, and currently with a mattress on the floor as I am not paying for a new bed with savings, given I should have £430 back in my account by now. Appalling to keep this money for such a period of time, gaining interest on it no doubt. I would highly recommend that you shop locally, or somewhere you are able to physically go into. The quality control is poor and the customer service worse.
Update:
This company is now trying to shift blame by suggesting that I didn’t raise Mark problems with the delivery company. The bed arrives completely wrapped and the delivery company leaves well before you unwrap and can see the standard of craftsmanship. I sent three emails from return chasing up refund and was told that it would be paid once the bed was received, even though the bed had been received the same day given that it is a rapid delivery company delivering direct back to them.
I would not recommend anyone trust this company with your money or custom.

We’re sorry to hear that this experience has been frustrating and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.
All of our beds are checked as part of our quality control process before leaving us, and issues of the nature described are very uncommon. When concerns were raised, we accepted them and worked to offer a number of resolutions, including a replacement that would have been personally inspected by our General Manager, as well as alternative options and compensation. Ultimately, a return was arranged, as our aim is always to resolve matters fairly. It is also worth noting that some of the marks later mentioned were not raised with the delivery team at the time of delivery.
The collection was carried out by a third-party delivery company. We will be speaking with Furdeco to ensure this is reviewed and that the same situation does not occur going forward.
Once a return is completed, refunds are processed through our accounts team in line with standard retail procedures. We always aim to complete refunds within around 14 days, and once actioned they are subject to normal banking processing times, which can vary. You were refunded within 11 days.
Throughout this process, we feel we did our best to support the customer and to provide reasonable solutions. We remain committed to the quality of our products and to handling concerns in a fair and professional manner.

After being scammed by another company online. I was really nervous about ordering another bed online. When I ordered from divan beds direct I was reassured right away that they were a credible and reliable company. I ordered late at night and received a phone call at 8.30am the very next morning to confirm my order and explain the delivery process. The man in the phone was really friendly and I felt instant more relaxed. I received the bed 3 days earlier than initially expected which was fantastic and the quality of the bed really is amazing. I would definitely buy from this company again and recommend to anyone. Thank you

Broken promises = Poor Service
I was promised to have my bed before Xmas. I kept calling and was told numerous times that I would.
I didn't receive the bed as promised!!
Then I was told I would receive a call to discuss my complaint and guess what.. I never received that call either!!

A pre-Christmas delivery was our intention, and we completely understand why you were disappointed when this didn’t happen. In this instance, the delivery company experienced a significant backlog, and although your order was already loaded and scheduled, it was not unloaded before the final Christmas cut-off. Unfortunately, this meant the delivery could not be completed as planned.
When you contacted us, we took full responsibility for the situation, apologised, and worked directly with the delivery company to improve the outcome. As a result, we were able to secure a delivery date earlier than the delivery company initially quoted, despite the wider delays they were facing at the time.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the bed itself but the delivery of it is another matter. It was ordered well before Xmas on the understanding of a delivery well before the 25th Dec. However, it was a real struggle and took several telephone calls before this actually happened. The first communication I had was to say that delivery was likely to be early Jan 2026 which was completely unacceptable - and not as initially promised. The bed did arrive just before Xmas but it was touch and go and quite stressful. The whole experience detracted from the divan itself which is absolutely fine so far.

I’m sorry that the delivery communication caused stress, particularly so close to Christmas. I’d like to clarify, in a general sense, what happened. The delivery company used is a separate organisation, and unfortunately some of the information given by their customer service team was incorrect, which understandably led to confusion.
When you spoke to us directly, we immediately looked into it, clarified the situation, and ensured the delivery was arranged before Christmas, as originally intended. We’re glad we were able to resolve this promptly once it was brought to our attention.

Would give them zero stars if I could. Headboard arrived broken, no help, if anything blamed me for it. Complete waste of time and money. Don't bother.
Edit since below response: their reply shows that they do not even listen. Such a shame. Numerous times I have said that the item was not delivered damaged, yet they still haven’t managed to understand that! Would be great if customer service actually provided customer service.

When the concern was first raised, it was reported over a week after delivery and the item had been signed for as received without damage. To understand what had happened and offer the correct support, we requested images on several occasions, as this is a necessary step in any damage assessment.
Limited images were later provided, which did not indicate delivery damage, making it difficult to determine the cause or the appropriate resolution at that stage. At no point was blame assigned — only an explanation of what information was needed in order to help.
That said, we do want to resolve this. We’ll be reaching out directly to see what further assistance we can offer and to move this forward properly.
