Amazing company delt with my order very quickly, great customer service, very friendly, delivery crew was polite and offered to help me unpack. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely awful customer service.
Tried to return an item and will not pick up the phone or answer emails.

Not received a refund for my electric wheelchair that I ordered but cancelled as 8 months later and excuse after excuse i still hadnt received it. Do not use this company

Telephone calls not returned, empty promises of repairing/replacing my electric Airfold carbon fibre wheelchair, which broke in two places on it's very first outing. Recorded letters to CEO and Branch totally ignored. This Company should be ashamed of themselves, by the very nature of their business they are dealing with Disabled and vulnerable people. Until this issue is resolved l am now totally housebound, as all my savings have been spent with Discount-Mobility. Shame on you Discount Mobility.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Do not buy a chair from them. My parents purchased the DeVibliss Airfold wheelchair in June 2023. My elderly father fell back in the chair and the backrest has snapped in 2 places. This company are ignoring my mothers requests for the chair to be repaired have not responded to her calls or their agreement to send someone to repair the chair. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. You should be ashamed of yourselves as this has now resulted in us having to write to the COE for an explanation. Next steps we will be taking you to court.

Ian and his team at Discount Mobility made our recent visit to Scotland enormously rewarding. We ordered a travel wheelchair from them to be delivered to our arrival hotel in East Lothian, then used it for the next 10 days as we traveled through Fife, Speyside, Inverness, Dornoch, and the Highlands, eventually settling in at Loch Lomond for a family wedding. My wife normally gets around with a rollator, but we felt she would be safer and happier in a wheelchair for this trip, and she was. Discount Mobility had the perfect chair for us, delivered it as promised and charged us a price that was considerably less than the value we received. We can't than Ian and his team enough. The chair even survived unscathed badge handling on its long flight back to the states. We recommend them without reservation.

I purchased two 50 amp mobility scooter batteries from their St Leonards on sea brach . I purchased them in Juy, but by September they had failed to operate after 25 minutes on load and I have the meter readings . I have purchased new batteries from another supplier and they are workijng perfectly . I tested the Discount Mobility batteries when I saw them to be failing they were 26.6 voltes off charge. After 20 minutes they were down to 17 to 20 volts fluctuating. The company say they have tested one battery and it is perfect (I doubt it has been tested on load !) The company are proving very difficult to deal with claiming that I must give them my credit card details so they can return the one battery they have . I have refused because I am not going to give card details to a company that I do not trust . So they are holding the battery . Current state of play is that legal advice advises me to ask them to return the battery . If they do not then refer the problem with this company to the Property Ombudsman . Meantime if my experience is anything to go by then I suggest you find another company to deal with . Bare in mind, too, that the batteries that failed after only two months are SLK batteries . The new batteries I have are not SLK and they propel my scooter very well indeed, with no problems even after one hour running on load

I paid Discount Mobility a deposit for a mobility scooter service and they never got in touch with me to arrange a date as they claim they will on the website. I have tried leaving messages on the website and got no response. This is fraud. Do not use this company.

Following a stay in hospital my dad was struggling with his mobility which included getting in and out of chairs. We ordered a dual motor rise and recline chair from discount mobility over Christmas. I received a phone call when the office was open again in the new year and was advised that the chair we had ordered would not be back in stock until mid February but they had a dual motor bed chair in the same colour, which although it was more expensive it would not cost us any more money. A week later the chair has been delivered and set up for my dad by a lovely guy who had been incredibly busy but still had the time to make sure my dad understood how to use the chair. My dad loves it. He’s over 6 foot and not a small guy but he’s perfectly comfortable and really happy with the product and the company. Absolutely excellent

I have deleted my recent review of this company as my statement was unfounded and more to do with my vulnerability rather than the company itself. And for this, I apologise.

Once the initial problem was sorted out, (scooter out of stock) the customer service was excellent, and they were courteous, friendly and very understanding. Especially when it turned out that I had initially ordered the wrong scooter for myself! It was all sorted out yesterday and I have just received my new scooter today - the one I should have ordered in the first place! It was very well packaged and everything is there and looks in excellent condition.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company. My biggest recommendation is to do your research into what type of scooter you want and make sure you order the right one!

After I ordered my sons bath chair it was shipped out really quick, he absolutely loves it, the quality is very good.

After I got a date for delivery it did not turn up when I called them he argued with me. When it did get delivered the delivery driver just dumped the chair in the hall and ignored my dad when he asked for it to be in the living room. My dad has had 4 strokes and lives alone so he couldn't move it in the living room. For the type of organisation it is you would expect them to help as they are delivering a disability product.I had said on the websit he did have strokes so they did know.

Excellent customer service and very good product. Friendly, helpful and efficient on the phone and delivery service. The armchair itself is very comfortable. Easy to use and not too heavy. Adjustable amounts of foam stuffing very useful feature.

excellent company, very helpful and I only wish we had this company local, so that we could visit shop and see items "in the flesh", sales people were lovely to talk to, and went out of their way to help, when they said they would call me back, they actually did!! this is a welcome change from the usual, cant be bothered and rude attitude that I receive in my local mobility shop

Bought 2 batteries, 12 volt, 100 amp. Batteries that arrived were not what I ordered. The old batteries had lead terminals that stuck up and took a size 13mm bolt. New batteries have flush terminals with 10 mm bolt. Original batteries went to 26.5 when fully charged, slight incline from house to the road they would pull down to 25. When new batteries fitted on a full charge went to 26.5 but when I went up the slope they pulled down to 22, plus they do not have the same power as the original batteries. These were not the batteries I ordered, I emphasised about the battery posts but this is what arrived. I phoned to complain but was assured they were alright - but they are not!
