Avoid Tradestyle Bathrooms. Fitted wrong bath, sink and wc. Plus wet wall panels all different colours. Workmanship absolutely awful. They flooded my house and done nothing to rectify damage. Had plasterer to build bathroom wall ad large hole. Plus plasterer treated the damage in dining room, Plus all re painted. Customer care non existent

We had our bathroom installed by use and have nothing but problems since customer service is absolutey terrible and the workmanship they offer is questionable

I would give zero stars if I could.
This company are thieves.
I have a court order against them to return my money and Trading Standards are currently looking into it.
So far I have received none of the £3000 they owe me.
They shouldn’t still be operating.

SCAMMERS!! This company is linked to Nova bathrooms also bathrooms uk ltd. Stole £2600 from me back in September 2023. No bathroom supplied or fitted. Brian was the sales rep. Alex is manager. Tracy is the receptionist. All absolute liars and conmen. STAY WELL CLEAR!!

Absolutely vile company!!! Had to redo the full bathroom due to a leak this will be getting took further absolute shambles!!!! And that’s for your cowboy joiners did you find them in a joke book!!! Disgusting

Had a an upstairs bathroom re fitted. Where do I start? The toilet foul pipe was running uphill. Nothing would flush away. The nice extraction lasted about 5 months. Worst problem is the new shower cubicle leaks badly down into my living room and electrical fire 🔥. We have not used from December 23. They turned up once to fix my leaking towel radiator. Shambles of a company.🤬I’m going to contact trading standards on Monday 🙏

Absolutely stay away from this company. Poor work manship and unable to contact after sales. Had our bathroom fitted and on the first day and flooded our downstairs toilet, wall panels cut short and tried to hide the gaps with mastic, bath panels chipped, radiator changed to a smaller size no reason given and electric shower changed for a presure fed supply shower (had an electric shower originally) the plumber decided that was what he wanted to put in. Still can't contact thd company I don't know if they are still trading.

Shocking company easy to get hold of when spending money can't get them when you have a problem and you will have one give them a miss total cowboys

Con Men, terrible workmanship and the cheapest fittings. Less than 6 months and having to redo the whole bathroom as they have caused so much damage.

Took my money then half of the delivered items had to be returned due to the measuring being done wrongly. My bathroom looks no different to how it did when they started! Took them to small claims court and was awarded all my money back. Still haven’t seen a penny of it years down the line! I WONT GIVE UP TILL I GET THAT MR HIGGINS!!

Had my bathroom done in March 2023 and then December 2023 the fittings they put on burst behind the wet wall flooding my house.. And haveing to rip it all out to fix totally nightmare

We had a bathroom fitted last year and have had nothing but problems can not get hold of trade style they seem to have vanished of the planet and the email they provide is a lie

Just waiting on new companies to appear on Trustpilot so we can expose Campbell Kane and Ian Graham the previous names seemed to be led by Bathrooms UK from St Clair St Kirkcaldy

Don't go near this company ive been waiting months to get bathroom waste lifted and since 8th October 2023 been trying to get touch by email.phone.text no answer as I'm having problems with my bathroom which they fitted on April 2023

absolute joke of a firm,it would take me too long to list the complaints.all i will say is do not go anywhere near this firm.it has cost us over £800 to date to rectify the botched job they left,and still more to pay out.
The good reviews must be written by family and friends.

Do not use. Not had our bathroom done a year and we have had numerous problems with it. They take your money but never give good after service. We have gave up. We are pensioners with disabilites, and realky cannot afford to waste nearly £4000. But thats exactly what has happened. I have to mop up every time we flush the toilet, shower cubile leaks, sillicone has shrunk back everywhere, flooring tiles dont meet, just a total disaster. Gave up waiting for the repair man to come back. Feel like crying. Nightmare.

Do not use this company they installed my bathroom in April never finished it shower leaking and cracked shower
tray wetwall not stuck to wall phoned everyday for weeks gave dates to repair the problems never turned up stopped answering the phone had to get another company in had to ripped it out new shower tray fix radiator to wall repair wetwall absolute disgrace to treat people like this cost more money to fix there mess

what can I say they are cowboys my sink is swelling up in the unite that it was put in they told me some one would be out to fix this and the girl that came and got us to take there stuff no longer works for them and the rubbish was there for 4 weeks and I had to get someone to take4 it away they should all be sacked and put in jail for the money they are robbing out of people and you cant even get no one on the phone or emails

My wife organised them to redo our bathroom. Bottom line up front.

Tradestyle Bathrooms are now Optimal Bathrooms. These guys half fitted my bathroom and left me with a complete disaster that was also dangerous. I kept being told by the fitter and manager that new stuff was coming to fix the bits he made a mess of but that never happened. They both stopped taking my calls soon after. The head office don’t answer phone calls or emails and should be shut down permanently. I have posted optimal bathrooms on my facebook and instagram to hopefully warn people to stay well clear. I would encourage everyone else to do the same! I think these guys just change name and keep starting over so no one can catch up with them but I will. I am going out my way to get you optimal bathrooms. This kind of thing should be against the law. I can see by the people on here that this is happening a lot.
