When the handle arrived the box was…
When the handle arrived the box was very battered as if it had been used before. My husband attached the handle and it worked perfectly when we had a shower, however the next morning it had fallen off and was on the floor of the shower. I am afraid to use it now as I have mobility issues due to having neck surgery and if it came off when I was using it it would have dire consequences. I was going to order another one, but I will have to buy one now from another company which would guarantee it was safe to use.I am very disappointed with it.

Suction grab bars depend on wall surface, texture and moisture levels, so unfortunately no suction-based product can guarantee performance in every environment. No communication after delivery
No communication after delivery - wheelchair was advertised as having an adjustable back - the one we received did not have this - contacted with a zero response from this company - sadly couldn’t return as needed the wheelchair urgently - so probably ok if you have no issues , if you do you might have a problem !

Ordering was straight forward but no contact from supplier with regards delivery it just turned up and delivery driver couldn't take it in by himself which was another thing we weren't told about!Driver was very obliging and came back following day when someone was there to help get it in
