Used for first time. As well as a targeted mailshot delivery we had numerous other forms of engagement collateral printed to an excellent standard. Would recommend and will be back for the next campaign.

An absolute disgrace of a company. What makes it worse is it starts off so well which drags you in. The first point of contact, the sales person was extremely nice and helpful, Second was the designer of the leaflets and the guy who dealt with the printing, Also excellent. Thirdly the girl who I liaised with pre-delivery and during delivery. Also very nice and helpful. Sadly the critical bit which involved the delivery was where it all went horribly wrong. I actually new four people in the delivery area. Three didn't receive the leaflet at all, one did receive the leaflet but mysteriously the day after I complained that she hadn't received it. Even though we had already received an email saying the job had been completed. Also the leaflet was delivered inside a booklet so not visible unless you read the booklet. Not what I paid for. I specifically wanted Solus delivery. Two people have entered our shop with a leaflet, both received it inside the booklet. A disturbing lack of success from 5600 leaflets which backs up the evidence and my strong feeling that I have been ripped off. Based on the concrete evidence I have I doubt half of the leaflets have been delivered and the ones that have have been delivered incorrectly.
I therefore today spoke to a supervisor and expressed my concerns in a polite way. I had very little expectation that this company would do the right thing and try to sort the errors out and this proved to be correct. She had no coherent answers to any of my issues, but just to keep robotically quoting the fact that the delivery had been Back Checked by an independent company. Firstly the back checking system is a joke in my opinion. But anyway even if you do take it seriously the percentage success rate on my delivery was quoted as 44%. Somehow this is considered to be acceptable.
Sadly I've learned the hard way. No acceptance whatsoever of any possible errors on their part. No thought of doing the right thing to try to remedy the situation. My money has gone down the pan never to be seen again. I will not be going down this route ever again. Deliver them yourselves. That's the only way unfortunately.

Used DLM for both print and distribution. My leaflets were distributed to homes around my business and the results I received were fantastic! I was advised to put a small offer on the leaflet to measure the response. I would recommend DLM to anyone!

Recently used DLM to carry out a Festival Leaflet drop for one of my Clients and I have to say I am shocked to read some of the reviews on here.
Tanya and Kirstie were both fabulous, quoting quickly and providing maps and numbers. They kept me updated throughout the entire process to allow me to feedback to the client as opposed to us being left in the dark. The leaflets were dropped on time and my client was extremely impressed. It has won a return order for myself, and in turn, I will use DLM to carry out the same campaign next year.

STEER VERY CLEAR, THEY ARE SIMPLY CON-ARTISTS! I used these guys to get our new restaurant menu's distributed to 10,000 houses around us. We are fortunate enough to have existing customers that could feedback to us, when they received the menu's through their door, but at least 90% of them did not receive them. In fact one customer even witnessed the flyer droppers just skipping houses before delivering the odd one. When confronting DLM, I was just fobbed of with there fake back-checking results, from a fake back-checking company (I checked them out and these business doesn't exist and is referred to a residential address) and being told that 30% delivery success rate was within their accepted levels. So that means out of 10,000 to be dropped, 3,000 was acceptable to them. Their back-checking report showed very little in the way of bonified checking. So, my advice to anyone thinking of using these guys, STEER VERY CLEAR, THEY ARE SIMPLY CON-ARTISTS! You've been warned, don't waste your money like I have. Your better off delivering them yourself, even if you ONLY do your own road, you'll have better results than what these guys supposedly do! I just hope that trading standards close these guys down ASAP, so no one else goes through financial misery! Like running business isn't difficult and costly enough without having these guys operating!

Wish I had read reviews before spending money. They do not track by GPS unless you pay extra but that is no where in any of the quotes / marketing from them.

We conducted our own checks after the leaflet drop had supposedly been done - entire streets not delivered to. If you raise concerns you get a blunt response saying 40% is acceptable.

Complaints from people who hadn't received the leaflets being called multiple times. Complaints from people who had "commercial recycling" put in their bins after they dumped the leaflets.

We went to them short notice, with a high number of marketing collateral to delivery and print.

They went above and beyond, even a slow finance team (on our side) couldn't slow them down. Got it all done on time and under budget. Superb.

I posted this review after having a confirmation email that distribution had been completed.

I paid for leaflet campaign of 27,000+ leaflets in a specific postcode area for a new business.

So far I have identified over 5 major streets with over 1500 houses within my target area which have been missed and not targeted whatsoever.

The response from their customer service team was "No leaflet drop is guaranteed 100%*

They give the same response to each email and their customer service is terrible.

I saw mixed reviews online about this company but decided to give them a try anyway - what a mistake that was.
