Worst nightmare as a homeowner is no heating or hot water. I tried Direct Heating for the first time and have to say the service was excellent. I called late on in the day and they came for a visit within a couple of hours. Identified the problem, provided a price and amazingly arrived the following morning at 8am. By 10am we had heating and hot water! The engineers was very friendly and professional.
I have used other companies in the past, no one has ever delivered service like this!
Would highly recommend to anyone!

We had all our radiators replaced a few weeks ago and we were very impressed with the communication, service and professionalism of this company. The work was completed to a very high standard and all the mess was cleared away. I would not hesitate to recommend this team.

Turned up when they said they would. Engineer was polite - checked what we needed, did the required work, explained what he had done and made sure we were satisfied. Left everything tidy.

Needed my boiler replacing over Christmas, direct heating provided a great service to an excellent standard.

Really professional team, from initial quote to the complete end of the installation , nothing was too much, lots of furniture and obsticales in the way in the house , the team didn’t seem bothered, they were happy to move stuff and do whatever was needed.
My parents were really comfortable with the team as they were so friendly and turned up and finished on time when they said they would, I have now Booked them for my yearly boiler check in both my houses .

Would deffo recommend the team, also great prices to make it even better , as far as it goes for booking companies for work in your house these guys have been the best company I have ever used !

The guys from Direct Heating Installations are experts at what they do.
My family and I are carrying out renovations on our new home and these guys installed a new heating system for us, complete with large combi and about 12 radiators.
They turned around a 4 day job in 2 and a half days!

Arrived on time, very professional with the works carried out. Were considerate during their time carrying out the works, cleaned up after themselves. Took the time to show us how to use everything and clear in their instructions. Sorted out all of the paperwork which made things a lot simpler.
