Glen, assisted by Brad, has done a fantastic job for us. Our project for new kitchen with underfloor heating, bathroom and en-suite had complex problems to be solved, including Listed Buildings constraints. Glen came up with smart solutions to ensure that pipe work was concealed and work was phased so that we were not without an operational facility in the house. His work was very precise and of high standard. Glen and team had previously installed our new central heating system which is working great, we would not hestitate to recommend.

I would highly recommend R&H,from start to finish the guys have done an amazing job with Rob coming round to quote me a complete new bathroom, to him coming back to see the end results, (and visits through out the job) Shaun and his helper Dom were brilliant, very easy going, polite, funny guys. They cleaned up after themselves everyday. I absolutely love my new bathroom, can't stop looking at it, it's like a showroom ☺️😁...

Absolutely brilliant work. We are so happy with the work done by Rudkin and Herbert. We had a heat pump system fitted. Work started on the 20th April 2026 and was completed and commissioned by the 1st of May 2026. Very neat and tidy plumbing. From Ian coming out and explaining the process to the plumbing carried out by Jason, Connor and Brad and Glen the commissioning engineer. Everyone played their part. Also Dianne and Courtney in the office played a big part too. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again in the future .

Job quoted & professional installation within a week. From Ian quoting the job, being very open and honest of what was required and that it would take 2 days rather than a 1 day rush. I believe it was Connor who fitted the boiler within the 2 days and had it up on running as well as through a smart app. Could not be happier & their price undercut British Gas by well over £1000.

We had a new boiler fitted by Jason Herbert in two days at the beginning of March. Jason was very friendly and made sure the job was done to the best. Thank you to the company in being reliable and answering any questions we had.

I wanted to relocate my boiler from attic to airing cupboard. Ian came out to give me a quote followed by written quote with was detailed to my needs which I am appreciative off. Cameron was sent by Rudkin & Herbert who was very knowledgeable in his trade. Cameron was very polite and helpful my home cleaned every evening when they left. Thank you.

It's the professional attitude of the staff that make this company so reliable and return to again and again, feeling confident in their ability to always do a great job. Both Connor and Max have recently done excellent work for us; showing courtesy and respect for our property. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and the company.

We have just had a new boiler fitted along with some additional radiators, and we are delighted with the service received. Ian was helpful and friendly when he came round to quote, and nothing was too much trouble for Cameron who fitted the boiler. He was tidy and efficient, and we have nothing but praise for his work. Overall, an excellent job from start to finish!

Ian was fantastic when he came around to give us a quote. He gave us his number incase we had any questions. Nothing was ever too much. Cam and Tom who came in to carry out the job were exceptional. They got on and were extremely professional, really fast and knew exactly what they were doing. Cam gave us great advice on pipework etc.. we couldn't have found better trades people and can't thank them enough for a wonderful job.

The team always do a great job. Most recently I've had a new boiler installed and the process was smooth from start to finish. Also shout out to Cameron and the other members of the team that did the work on site, they did an exceptional job and went above and beyond to not only replace the boiler but also sort some associated issues.

The whole process was smooth and efficient. When Glen came out to do the quote, he was great at explaining the issue we had at the time with our boiler and offering advice on the next steps. The quote itself was detailed, in comparison to the other quote obtained from another provider.

Cameroon was involved with installation the new boiler. Again, he was great; friendly and good at explaining things. He offered advice on energy saving. On the whole, we were happy with the service offered and we would definitely recommend the company.

Ian, Cameron and Spencer were all lovely - Ian when quoting the job and Cameron and Spencer fitting the new boiler. Felt entirely in good hands all through the job - Cameron and Spencer were clear, communicative, helpful and they did an absolutely thorough job. Office staff also incredibly helpful and pleasant - will very happily use again and highly recommend.

Very good service, Ian was very helpful in giving a quick quote based on his expertise. Also, Cameron who installed the boiler was friendly, very experienced and communicated every step very well. We faced a small issue during installation (A fault of the manufacturer) but Ian and Cameron came together to resolve it quickly and painlessly. Would use Rudkin & Herbert again and highly recommend

Rudkin and Herbert were excellent and we recommend them. The plumbing and carpentry was done to the highest standard. All the rubbish was taken away and the carpets on the way to the shower room were protected and left clean. Everyone was very helpful, especially Paul , Carl and Rob.

R&H have just completed a major modernisation of my central heating system. The engineers have done it in shorter time than planned. The quality of the work and the communication have been exemplary throughout. R&H have exceeded our expectations.

From the initial quote for a replacement boiler and bathroom installation, all of the team at Rudkin and Herbert have been very proffesional and approachable. The quotes are detailed, listing all of the work required and materials needed. The fitters are all skilled and complete the work to the highest standard. The office staff have been a pleasure to communicate with and reply promptly to queiries. I would not hesitate in using Rudkin and Herbert again, they are one of those local companies that put your faith back into the use of independant trades people.

From quoting to installation of the boiler was seamless. Ian the director came out and was full of advice and options. I opted for a Bosch Worcester boiler and Installation was booked. The gentleman who installed the boiler Joe was great and happy to answer any questions I had. Great company with lovely people. Would recommend to anyone.
