Needed a repair a radiator valve which failed and meant I had no central heating, having had to drain the system to stop the leak.
I've not used Direct Heating Installations (DHI) before so was entirely reliant on online reviews to find someone. Ended up speaking to Matt and within a few minutes I had an appointment that he had managed to fit in for the next day. He asked for pictures to ensure the engineer had the right parts & said the engineer would call before arriving. Next day, call came from Jake who arrived shortly afterwards. He was polite, friendly and professional and having checked with me about Covid matters got on with the job. He did a thorough job, replacing valves, refilling the system and ensuring the central heating was functioning properly, leaving everything neat and tidy.
The cost was in line with the other company I had contacted and for what was effectively treated as an emergency repair I am very happy with the outcome.
I had a couple of small queries the next day, and Jake called me back and asked me to monitor things and keep him informed, but he was more than happy to come back if anything needed further minor adjustment. Things are settling in so I don't think anything more is needed but great to know DHI really cares the customer is happy.

Excellent work by employees. Very efficient and quick and also covid aware they wore masks at all times and everything was left clean and tidy.

We needed a root and branch restoration of our domestic hot water and heating system. This was a large job but from start to finish Matt and his team were truly superb. Matt is bright, understanding, hard working, skilful and an excellent communicator. Highly recommended!

We have used this company for installations and routine maintenance and had always had great customer service. This also continued when social distancing was required, we needed the boiler servicing and had wanted a few other bits doing as well. We had a chat and decided what could be done under current restrictions and how to do it. A contactless and socially distanced service was done and invoiced electronically. Quick clean and trustworthy very efficient did the job in no time

The team from Direct Heating did a great job. It involved a new gas supply line direct from the meter and through a cramped loft space. All carried out in good humour and the installation has been to a very high standard. All checks made in detail after the installation by their own engineers. Have no hesitation in recommending them as other intallers baulked at the dificult job.

New boiler and 1st fix gas for new kitchen were installed as per agreed schedule and to a great standard.
Matt’s suggested location for the boiler has saved crucial space in the kitchen and was an idea I had not thought of.
Jake’s installation went to plan and his friendly and professional demeanour meant he was a pleasure to deal with.
Overall very happy with the services provided and have already asked them to look at another job.

Had an issue with one of my radiators not getting warm. I have a policy with British Gas to cover this. Paid £60 excess only to be told it’s because I have Micro bore pipes nothing could be done apart from pay £1000 for the system powder flushing. Called direct heating and explained situation. Matt came out and out a special chemical in system and left it in for 3 weeks. This did not resolve the issue so sent one of his lads out to remove the radiator and do some checks. After about an hour he had drained the system fixed the blockage and all is working well. Total bill £200. So glad I made the call and did not listen to the British Gas engineer. Top class service from start to finish and a plumber who is honest and does not rip you off.

I’ve used DHI Ltd in a few occasions now and they’ve always been a pleasure to deal with. Any follow on work that has been needed was quoted beforehand and booked in swiftly. Matt and the team are reliable and friendly and the work was done with a high regard for my home and left not knowing they’d been!

When our unusual floor standing boiler with an unusual/difficult installation went "bang" on a frosty Winters morning our hearts sank ... a quick call to another trusted business we have dealt with described DHI as "the most professional company we have come across" ... within 24hrs Matt had sourced the same boiler and Ryan had installed it...commissioning it within 48 hours ... no fuss ... no drama .. professional .. at a competitive price ..and all with a good humoured "can do" attitude .. couldn't recommend them more .

Excellent service from Matt, Jake and Harry. Matt took time out to come round twice before the work was agreed/started and came around again after to chat again and make sure all was OK.
